Good update. Aside from what I mentioned in PM, this was great.

so kushina has no animosity, but is simply unaware of how her actions affect her son and not observant enough. she does care for him... that's actually not bad ,but then I have to wonder exactly why they did leave him in the first place? after all if he is the warden then he has access to Kurama's(?) chakra as well, so that plot device couldn't be right.
obviously Naruto has not brought up his issues and is too prideful to do so. that would explain why Kushina doesn't see anything wrong with him.
Still though why leave him alone...?
