Honestly? You have a pretty solid writing style.
However (and please don't take this the wrong way), I'm displeased with how you portrayed Alex.
Let me explain: This story is jumping from serious to crack to serious so often that I actually don't know if I'm to take it serious or not. I don't like the feeling at all.
Alex is the "put together" of countless people with Alex Mercer as the base. His intelligence should at least be "normal" if not off the scale.
If he'd just make mistakes that count as not really understanding humanity or their "morals", that's one thing, he does however mess up all the time and in ways that only need a little logic applied to the situation.
It's as if you "Narutoed" or "Gokued" him, yet expect the reader the believe that he is an intelligent being.

It's just... kinda frustrating really.

Only real problem with all of this? Stealing and vandalizing might cost five thousand dollars.

Protecting, hurting and murdering people is far more expensive for anyone who hires.
Having Alex take care of someone who's one of the "big ones" should cost even more than that.

By the end of this Alex should've been payed around half a million dollars, maybe more.
By my estimates hell get something short of a hundred thousand, max.

No, to be honest I like both Batman and Green Arrow a lot more than Superman.
He is definitely stronger than Arrow, but cooler?

... Yeah, good thing this was turned into an Omake. This was indeed a case of lazy writing. Pulling OP characters out of nowhere. Let's be real here, in-universe, if these guys actually existed, Couldran would have DEFINITELY sought them out. They probably tried doing that.

And even without that issue, it just feels too random and sudden that you suddenly had Superman, Goku and One Punch Man, etc. suddenly show up with a shoddy reasoning at best.

So, yeah. You probably were not in a good mindset while writing this. So, it's all fine and good. Glad this is just a non-canon Omake. Kinda amusing to see Scion getting his ass handed to him by these well-known OP characters. XD

Okay, so Dragon has a hard coded restriction that she CAN NOT ask for help from others to help free her from the rules.

In this chapter, she clearly breaks that rule by directly asking Alex to free her.

How? Seems like a plot hole to me.
