Oh wow I loved this whole freaking thing. Thanks for the wonderful writing!
rebecca-in-blue chapter 6 . 4/9/2016
This is really well-done. I love the suspense of Combeferre waking up with no sense of self or place, then grasping for understanding as fragments of memories return to him. Certainly under these circumstances, I can see why he would've preferred to die at the barricade. Very angsty but wonderful work.

Really liked this chapter :) You portray the way Enjolras leans on Combeferre beautifully.

Cute! I like how Courfeyrac is such a gent in his own mode
rebecca-in-blue chapter 1 . 12/18/2015
I really like the idea of exploring a minor OC who went to the barricades, and I think you execute that very well. The lines about Enjolras are very well-done; even though the narrator doesn't know his name, you describe him so well that your readers can recognize him. I'm also really impressed that even though the story is obviously a grim one, you still manage to give it a hopeful ending. My one nitpick would have to be a the line "a great mass of humanity," because it seems like a pretty poor, hard-to-visual description of a physical event. But otherwise, wonderful work.
