I kinda call bs that Sienna won against Tyrian with a goddamn whip as a main weapon in a confined space. Tyrian was able to keep up with monsters like Qrow. Aint no way Sienna wins this one with such disadvantage, fighting Tyrian in a tight confinement is basically a suicide; Sienna probably a good fighter but she is not on the level of an active veteran Huntsman. Even if she lost everyone else on board to win against Tyrian she should be a walking corpse right now. I get it that you wanted to show off Sienna as badass... But Tyrian tier aurausers are in a league of their own and someone who spends most of her time commanding troops and may be doing token training is out of said league.

I mean, if you're looking for a way to endear us to a controversial character, this definitely works. Though I'm still hoping she doesn't freak out about Weiss breaking the "no SDC" thing. That's stress the girls definitely don't need, especially since they are likely to come back to find their room a wreck and a terrified Whitley hiding out in the upper bunk bed trying to stay away from a very proud Zwei

Sienna arriving with Tyrian was big surprise. It is obvious that fight was savage.
I assume that Salem sent Tyrian because without Adam faunus was only one that had chance to talk with Sienna. His character steal lead to confrontation. I assume that he intercepted them during journey. As for why she didn't kill him I think that Tyrian told her enough that she decided that he will make for good gift for Ozpin faction.

Now THAT'S how you introduce a character. Thank goodness, another fic where she gets to live.

Honestly, the description of Sienna's transport had me thinking of Reavers from Firefly. Not sure how that would have worked, but I am pleasantly surprised to see that that was not the case. I look forward to reading about how Sienna took down Tyrian.
