Sorry to say this harry but long hair on guys are not cool or make you anymore attractive. Only a select hand full of guys can pull off long hair and your not one if them. Ever wonder why guys with long hair get a little attention but once they cut their hair they become more attractive? its because long hair did not fit them at all. Guys who could pull off long hair is bobo Stewart, Jason mamomoa, and othets.

I really like this story i have read it a few times though it is missing an obvious conclusion or epilogue

Wow, so someone doing something that is illegal means that it actually must be legal, because what must not cannot be?

First, what "magic itself" acknowledges (if that even were a thing), doesn't mean shit for any practical purposes, like legally being considered an adult or not by the authorities.

Second, some officials doing something does NOT mean that it is legal. Otherwise taking bribes would be perfectly legal, wouldn't it?

Third, even if "magic itself" were a thing, that "contract" is still entirely between the goblet and Harry, as far as anyone knows. Harry never challenged the contract's validity. Maybe "magic itself" wouldn't even recognize that there was a contract. Maybe Harry could just not participate without any consequences for him. That someone says there is a contract doesn't make it true. And even if there actually were a contract, that doesn't mean that some higher "magic itself" entity acknowledges anything. It's not as if that entity has ever done anything about any of the bad things that magically happen all the time. If a killing curse is successfully used on someone, does that mean that "magic itself" decided that person deserved to die? Get real!
Magic works without some higher entity making decisions or passing judgements. That's only used in fanfiction, when the author is too lazy or too stupid to come up with something that makes sense.

Well done this has been a delightfully different look at HP. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
