2400 years?! Poor Nox, the Force is cheerfully throwing her all sorts of interesting things, isn't it? I can see the Wizarding World is in for interesting times indeed! I'm looking forward to Darth Nox resurrecting the Sith here, or rather, creating the Third Great Order *Evil Grin*

Good and I would like for Harry to be paired with Daphne and Susan, of the given options, though I would have liked to have Nox included with him as well.

Sirius could teach Harry some Wizarding magic and introduce them both to the magical world, even if it has to be a bit sparse because the Americans don't like 'em Brits. Stuff that's good for fighting but doesn't come up at Hogwarts. Hogwarts DADA classes suck and even when they don't they're not exactly "Dueling 101" or "Battle Magic" or "Dark Arts" courses. Remus was supposed to be a good teacher and he went on about boggarts and such.. So it's easy enough to find magic that won't overlap with Hogwarts and is very practical. The Wizarding versions of Mind Arts might be interesting, too. Legilimency at least is a bit more subtle than Nox's mind reading was. Less death and blood leaking out of all orifices, for one thing. Or even undetectable, like passive legilimency.
Pairings.. Hum. Nox is best unpaired, IMO. For Harry, someone who accepts what Nox and Harry are doing even though wizards no doubt think it's "dark" and understands the power structure: Nox as the Empress, Harry as her Heir, and his girlfriend/wife as third in the pecking order. As crazy as it sounds, this actually brought to mind Pansy Parkinson as a good candidate. She's a rare pairing, so it wouldn't be cliche, is fine with "dark" things, probably wets her panties at the thought of a powerful husband and thinks everything else as negotiable, and is used to the idea of following her future husband's lead. As a bonus, it'd tick Draco off something fierce, giving lots of potential for conflict. She'd have to be more subtle and refined than the usual portrayals of her for it to be interesting, though.

Don't pair Sirius with Nox, please. She already has a son, she doesn't need a man and all it would do is drag the story down, and entangle Nox in something she doesn't need while she's building an Empire, and you know Sirius would try to stop her from taking over the Earth. So just don't do it. Just leave Nox with her fond memories of Ashara and don't pair her with anyone.

This is sounding REALLY good so far. I can't wait to see how things turn out with Sirius.

Love how your story is progressing. Chapters two and three were much better than the first.
As for pairings, I would be happy with anyone except Hermione. It's been done to death, and often not well. Granted, Harry's been paired with everyone else in other stories, but as an author you are given a lot more leeway with other characters since they are not as well developed in canon, thus making the pairings easier to make believable. Even Ginny and Luna are somewhat two-dimensional in canon.
Hermione is difficult because of her rule-abiding nature and infatuation with the magical world. She would require some careful plot manipulation to make a believable relationship grow between her and Harry. Frankly, with that level of deus ex machina being needed, I would recommend going with someone else.
Although, to be fair, all of the girls you listed have the problem of being too deeply embedded in wizarding society to romantically entangle themselves what is amounting to be a renegade to wizard conventions. Except Luna, but her quirky personality might not fit with this serious Harry.
To be frank, I would recommend going the OC route. Or Tonks. She is rebel enough to fit Harry, and due to his upbringing he is likely to be more mature than his peers.
So...final recomendation: Tonks and wait for his second girl until space. Twi'leks are always nice. And I could imagine Tonks being adventurous enough to love that idea.
