It was unrealistic but quite enjoyable. I kept thinking that you hadn't called a woman's vagina a 'quim' for the first two chapters (since you used the other terms for it) and then laughed when you had it twice in the last chapter. Even just imagining someone calling it that in real life is hilarious!
