I have to say that this is the best Aragorn-gets-kidnpped-fic that I have ever read. Actually, I haven't read a whole lot of them. However, I enjoyed this one.

Me, obsessive? Why no. Well, maybe a little. Actually I began re-reading this story last week while I was trying to figure out who "Captain Gasur" was and I finished all 22 chapters today (yay)! I had forgotten what a great story this was (and your first fanfic, no less). I would love to comment on every chapter but will only choose a few. I'll tell you, when Nolad said, "No," I could absolutely picture this being a movie and the audience erupting into cheers. Absolutely outstanding, Nili. Oh, you just ripped our hearts out in this story (not that we minded, of course). There's nothing like a "little" Ranger angst to make my day.

Your stories are all so good, and I am a total sucker for Aragorn pain/angst/torture, etc., but one of the things I really love about your stories is your sense of humor. I find myself chuckling out loud many times while reading a Nili fic. Your reviewer replies and all the little "asides" you make to your readers are almost as much fun as the stories themselves. [You understand, of course, that I am not letting you off the hook as far as writing more Aragorn angst, don't you]? Anyway, this is one of my all-time site favorites. I hope you never tire of writing LOTR fanfics. What would we do without you?

This was truly a wonderful story. Just when you brought tears to my eyes with Estel pouring all his love into a last look at his Ada, the arrow struck and I was jumping up and down with excitement and joy! This story definitely takes you through the gamut of emotions and is one of the best I've read! I look forward to reading all the rest of your work!
