Welp, its a shame, I enjoyed this story a lot, because there are not many with female OCs. But I guess the thing is dead and buried, if a guy doesn't update after 2 years, its safe to say, that he or she, has no interest in continuing, don't get me wrong, I don't blame you, we all have or lives, I am just so disappointed, its always good concepts, that are not finished on this site. Sigh.

Well, I guess you've got your Update schedule set now, so I suppose I'll have to wait a while for OreGobu, and possibly any other story I've followed by you (which you can probably just search your email history for my pen name and find out which ones I followed, supposing you have email alerts on). Anyways, I thought I might not like this story, because I generally Dislike OCs on principle, but this was rather enjoyable.

Good luck with the next chapter of whatever you're writing, and do try to have fun while writing, because it's almost guaranteed that writer's block will set in if you don't find something fun. It's something to do with the brain throwing up mental blocks if it doesn't enjoy something, because that's how we humans work. And the worst part is, it's a subconscious decision that makes it happen. The best way to get over it is to ask yourself, how can I make this fun? From there, if you figure something out, it should just flow naturally.

Could Avarice and Generosity be used to level them up a few times? Not all 20 levels but like 2 or 3 and give them classes like Patron or Demi-God.

Patron (0/5) unlocked when the following conditions are met.
1) level 100
2) have one stat that exceeds limit
3) max out one a supreme class (like Garndia's High Daywalker and Ains eclipse)

This class allows you to give others the warlock class. You can choose what skills the warlock gets. They have to be spells that the patron know. For Garndia see more buffing spells and mage armor. For Ains more attack spells and they both give out eldritch blast. You gain 1% of all exp gain by the person that is your warlock per level of this job and all the exp in there warlock skill when they die. You can make 5 warlocks per level of this skill the rest cost exp to make.

Demi-God (0/5) unlocked when the following conditions are met.

1) level 100
2) have one stat that exceeds limit
3) max out one a supreme class

You gain a godly aura that that give your presence more weight , making it easier to inspire others along with making it easier to teach others jobs, spells and skills. Gain a 5% buff to all stats per level of this skill can only be used once a day.

Truth be told I'm surprised you made this which I assume the Light Novel which is more graphic than the Anime, is NC-17 at least if not MA(specially considering what Ainz did to Clementine from what I saw and heard he crushed her so bad that her organs could be seen in her mouth). I do have to ask, and rather hope, first off Peter(the leader of the Swords of Darkness), the girl Ninya, and the Druid(I forgot his name sadly) survive Clementine's assault, with Clementine being hypnotized into servitude by Grandia.
