Wow, way to capture the debate so well and love the choice for POV

I just finished watching the movie (yeah, I know, I'm super late), and as to whether or not Judy and Nick are a romantic couple or not: I honestly have no idea. I could easily see it going either way, and I hope, if there is ever a sequel, that it remains ambiguous. As you pointed out, the debate is so much fun. :)

I agree with that last statement(now I watched it in Norwegian[blame my family] so it wasn't as good as it should have been[stupid family, why can't they just learn to understand English properly?]) that last sentence was romantic...I think...honestly, I have no understanding of romantic relations(have never been in love, in a romantic relationship or been attracted romantically to anybody)

Loved it! I completely agree with your authors note as well! Loved the final exchange between Nick and Judy on screen. And I loved this fic too! Seriously, it was like you were pulling in the same arguments that I've been hearing all over the internet, and then some! I love the friends, couple? debate and you really did it justice!

It IS the most romantic exchange in any Disney movie! I agree with you on that. Mainly because when we see them like that, it's so casual and certain and sincere and sounds like it's happened before already - probably in an unexpected moment, but one that revealed their feelings.

And haha, oh, of course, Nick and Judy would forget to erase their previous exchange since they immediately ran right back into the case again!

I dunno, I always thought that Ralph and Vanellope had SOMETHING going on... and hehe it made me want to laugh out loud, all of this gossip about those two (mainly because I'm sure something similar has happened in my life when my crush and I worked at the same store before we both quit) makes me wonder if they're aware of it.

Also, since Clawhauser is pretty much WildeHopps' biggest Shipper on Deck, I can just imagine him squealing with joy over hearing that exchange over that un-turned-off radio.

And then of course Bogo chiding him and planning to keep it a secret to drive the other shippers in the ZPD nuts since that seems like a very Bogo thing to do.

I am firmly of the opinion that their relationship is on that knife-edge where a case can be made for either option.

But seeing as I'm reading this, I'm all for the couple. Because it is absolutely adorable.

This was quite funny and also a very accurate portrayal of how it goes when fans get a little too caught up in these things. And the reversal at the end, showing that Bogo is not a lick better than the rest, except for being less of a gossip.

YES! I love the POV in this story. No cliche "he loves me, he loves me not" and no boring romantic scenes. Coolest Disney couple ever. Perfect story, all I needed after the movie. Thank you.
