Good job making your OC different from the one you used in Less Than Zero. Gotta have a sort-of-hero to go with your sort-of-villain. I'm really enjoying this. Is Ruth's power kind of like Mrs. Cake's from Discworld? Because I remember several instances in the Discworld series where Mrs. Cake would answer questions before they were asked.

I've been a reader of yours for a while now and this is my first time leaving a review on one of your works, so here it goes. I did see one grammatical error on the second chapter, but other than that it's good. Now as for the story it's self, the first couple of chapters seemed kinda of rushed story-lined wise, but that tends to happen when trying to introduce an original-chracter, even more so in character heavy world as the X-Men. Furthermore the third chapter did a good job bringing the prologue all together. As for your mc Bellany(Bellandy?) as a solar-powered hero, obvious comparison aside, light energy can be a great power on its own, but couple it with another mutant abilities say like Frost's crystal form to work as medium for hyper focusing his beams. That being said Solarbeam (charging my attack). I think that's about it, looking forward to more updates!

Nice story, but I'm more fond of 'Less than Zero'. It's pretty much the same guy anyway, he forgets his parents as soon as he gets a supersuit/powers, and learns that he's going to blow up sometime in the future, except he isn't because plot twist. Here you may have said 'Whatever you do you gonna go boom' but I can see 'Blindfold doesn't control well her powers' and 'She was wrong in the end' or even better, 'go boom and reborn', phenix style.

Fun fact : You made Spider-magneto in DC, and now you make 'I drink sun' superman in Marvel. Will wonders never stop ? (Note to self : Will Wonder makes a good alliterative name. Did Stan Lee thought of that one ?)

Finally got to the Third Chapter!

Bellamy Marcher apologizing to Team Hellion and dealing with his punishment by Kitty Pryde:

I have to admit, I did not see that coming. I guess I got to read "X-Men" Comics again, because that where you getting most the ideas from. Still, it makes sense that it happened. I mean, what would having enemies INSIDE Xavier Institute be good for. The results was that Bellamy Marcher/Solaris got more respect in the Social groups at the Institute and SUPRISINGLY with his teammates. Of course, Bellamy had to deal with NOT being part of a Danger Room exercises. I'm surprised that Bellamy likes to train and fight so much, BUT I guess it because of his powers that keep him up and energetic. Pretty smart idea by Kitty Pryde to do.

Bellamy Marcher powers:

I like them. It seems that Bellamy Marcher gets a better at controlling his powers than Maximilian Gabriel/Null in "Less Than Zero". Still, it been only about close to a Mouth or Half a Mouth sense getting used to his powers and being apart of the Xavier Institute. Out of the Heroes in Comics I can think of that Bellamy Marcher/Solaris powers relates to well it tough. Strangely, I think of Superman/Kal-El/Clark Kent from "DC" Comics that comes to mind when it involves powers. Why? It just that the Light or Sunlight or possible Energy in generally gives Bellamy his powers and gives him power. Bellamy Marcher or Solaris powers will grow and his Mutation will probably evolve more. Of course, Bellamy Marcher skills will not only grow in Fighting/Martial Arts or learning.

Donald Pierce and using Bellamy for his powers:

Well, that was interesting and great cliffhanger. The end makes me wonder more of how that happened and when "Extraordinary Times" will be update for the next chapter. I have to admit that a bad guy/villain such as Donald Pierce using Bellamy/Solaris powers to power whatever Super Weapon or Factory is interesting. I don't know if that a set up for Bellamy Marcher/Solaris to get out of there or for the X-Men/Bellamy team to come in for a rescue. I have to admit I want Bellamy Pierce powers to evolve or for Bellamy to escape and travel BACK to the Xavier Institute and going around the "Marvel" Universe. I know this is a "X-Men" Universe, but you can't really separate X-Men from "Marvel". Does not matter and just a idea or so.

Here are my Questions/Suggestions.

1) Will Deadpool/Wade Wilson appear and sort of be involved in the Chaos around Bellamy Marcher/Solaris life? Would Cable be there as well for a Super Trio team up?

2) Should we expect "Less Than Zero" to be updated sometime within April?

3) Any ideas of on who to pair Bellamy Marcher/Solaris with and are the girls only in "X-Men" Comics?

4) How good will Bellamy get at fighting? Will Bellamy be able to take on James Logan Howlett/Wolverine or Magneto in a fight?

5) Any chance that Bellamy Marcher can find out that Vampires exist/Vampire Hunter with Blade exist, Anti-Heroes killing criminals like the Punisher, or meeting Blind Heroes master of Ninjutsu?

Suggestions

1) That would be epic. I hope you watched the "Deadpool" Movie. I mean, technically "Deadpool" is apart of X-Men Universe. It just was would be interesting to read. Not to mention Cable. Just image Bellamy Marcher/Solaris being the middle man between a Chaotic ball of energy like Deadpool and the Wall to bounce on like Cable. Just image Bellamy having to deal with Time Travel (Cable) or Crazy ass adventures such as Killing Zombie Presidents (Deadpool). Just a idea.

2) I hope so. You left us in the middle of a Arc/Adventure we did not get to finish reading with Anarchy and Null. Seriously, once you get done with that you can go on a Hiatus or whatever. Don't leave us not knowing what going on there. I know you have OTHER stories you could update and others would like. You have thousands of reviewers, followers, favorites that love your stories and I hope "Extraordinary Times" becomes as popular as "Less Than Zero". Just to let me know that "Extraordinary Times" might got more reviews as a "Marvel" category Fan Fiction story, but I could be wrong. I have to check out the MOST popular Comic Book stories.

3) Personally, I favor X-23/Laura Kinney. That if she not paired with anyone in the Cannon of "X-Men". Yeah, that might not be a good pairing either. I got to research a lot of "X-Men" Women/Girls that are around Bellamy Marchers/Solaris can possibly date. I hope that you give us more hints. All we got is three chapters and I thought of couple girls/women: Ruth, Sophie, and whoever else that I need to re-read the past three chapters. I hope you have some Romance or Love-Triangle going on for Bellamy Marcher/Solaris.

4) Those are the two strongest Mutants I can think of. In physical power and basically using their Mutant Powers. Wolverine is one of the toughest Mutants around and fought the HULK! Magneto has been practicing and mastering his Powers to the point where I think Magneto can create Black Holes or at least pull Satellites from space. Of course, these two Mutants are NOT the most powerful in "X-Men" or "Marvel", but they make a good way to measure Bellamy Marcher/Solaris to get as strong as Wolverine or Magneto.

5) I know this is "X-Men" base Fan Fiction, but you could have side adventures. That why I think "Blade", "Punisher" or "Dare Devil" adventures would be good for Bellamy Marcher/Solaris. Bellamy powers revolve around Light or this case the Sun, so he be perfect to help Blade with killing a covenant of Vampires and knowing Vampires exist. The Punisher, well Bellamy could have heard of him on the News and accidently run into Punisher punishing or save the Punisher from a dangerous battle. Dare Devil would be interesting to read that we could read Solaris/Bellamy some how make enemies of the Ninja Clan called the Hand or possible make enemies with the King Pin. Just some ideas if you want to BRANCH out into areas of "Marvel" besides the most popular, like "Spider-Man" or "Avengers" or "Guardians of the Galaxy".

Three ideas for your story.
#1 Bellamy can shoot piercing blasts from his fingers, possibly spirit gun style and
#2 Ruth later unlocks telekinesis so before that Bellamy suggests she learns swordplay and you can make her Kenshi-like (from MKX) and his reasoning is that.
#3 Guns for Eddie, turn him into real areal support.

Well, it's your story and it's marvel. Bellamy power is cool and powerful but also got it's downside so well chosen. That's all the good points.
On the other hand I don't really enjoy this writting style. So while I still gonna follow this tale it's also my less favorite of all your stories at the moment.

An opposing universe to another of your fics? I like it so far and his powers have a lot of potential. Keep it up.

Bellamy Marcher handling Xavier Institute:

It sort of is like High School, but it confusing because I think Bellamy older and in college. Still, it looks like Bellamy Marcher has a four person team: Kitty Pryde/Leader, Ruth/the Scout, Eddie Tancredi/Wing, and Hisako Ichiki/Armor. It seems that Bellamy has made a clique in the school. From what I gather it seems that Bellamy/Solaris is part of a mismatch group of misfits, but they don't hate each other. I do love how Bellamy did not expect to be on a Superhero team. More like learn to control his Mutation and trying to live with the idea he has powers and people who hate for just that. Not so bad, BUT at least Bellamy Marcher takes it seriously than the OTHER Students and sort is a Hero or Fighter.

James Logan Howlett/Wolverine:

Well, Logan not bad. I was surprised by the idea not using the NEW Wolverine, Laura Kinney/X-23. Not that I don't mind, I like James Logan Howlett as Wolverine and I was sad when I realized he died by saving Mutants and incasing himself in Adamantium in a sacrifice. Yeah, look that up. Anyway, it seems that Logan knows that Bellamy is a fighter and has some respect for Bellamy because of that. I did not expect that. Logan does not want to be a Mentor to Bellamy, but Logan has become Bellamy favorite teacher besides Miss Pryde.

Team Hellion and dealing with Emma Frost:

Well, there the pecking order. Bellamy Marcher does not like to take shit from anyone or at least become a victim. That not what Bellamy wants at all. Julian Keller, Brian Cruz, and Santo Vaccaro have become his enemies for now. Don't know if that is a smart move to make, but it is interesting to read how that will turn out. Emma Frost. Well, it interesting to read the dynamic of that with Bellamy Marcher sort of at odds with Emma Frost and does not seem to like Telepaths or at least how Emma Frost uses it. Emma Frost seems to all knowing or really that Emma enforces that she the Principle and Bellamy is just a student. Bellamy needs Xavier Institute more that anything, that what Emma Frost believes and can use against Bellamy. Not bad idea or strategy to handle people.
