Throwing in all this angsty stuff and this really out of nowhere nonsensical plot line is the worst part of this story. Easily the best parts were the earlier chapters, when it was just Naruto interacting with the characters and occasionally stepping in to the events.

Even with Kronos' power; there's no feasible way that Luke would ever be able to escape this version of Naruto.

Well, I have to say despite the lack of passion you had for the idea, you still did a good job. It wasn't what I was looking for (mostly fluffy romance, tbh), but it was very good regardless and I liked it a lot.

Yeah, the "Dark Naruto" is a thing I think a lot of people misinterpret. Yes, it represents all of his darker thoughts... because that's the part of himself he hid from childhood.

The way you did it here is equally valid, and is consistent.

I think I like this Sasuke.

I like fanfiction. I got a bitter taste in my mouth when it came to canon Sasuke, because the show, like its fans, obsessed over him.

So reading alternate versions, whether that's a more balanced character arc, alternate interpretations, etc (even bashing is sometimes cathartic if not very serious) is very nice.

(Most of my frustration with Sasuke in canon stems from the fact that abaolutely miniscule tweaks could make him more interesting or likeable, even as an enemy.)

It started off interesting maybe not unique but it has become a bit of a mess, random time jumps, characters personality changes due to stuff that happened during the time skip that is never shown.
