If her father Geralt was last hero, last hero's wife's name was cirilla, and ciri didn't named after someone. So ciri was Geralt's wife?! I'm thinking so much I guess. Anyway, good connection between ciri ending the winter in Witcher and westeros' long night

She is named after the Last Hero's wife, but her father(Geralt) is the Last Hero. So she is Geralt's wife. I can live wih that.

Not sure if you noticed the little homage they gave to GoT in Witcher 3, but if you haven't seen yet, I suggest you look for a sky-cell ;) (might be in the expansion).

If my guess is correct CDPR is going to use Ciri's second conjunction of Spheres to make sure long after the time of Geralt of Rivia there are monsters for their new (completely OC) protagonist to kill.

And I seriously don't think they would want to meet the Last Hero's actual wife. Yen is just terrible and Westros is filled with all the things that can push Triss into becoming just as bad.

Is this a one-shot? I hope not because its excellent and I wouldn't mind reading more
