Absolutely Outstanding! This story had it all. Drama, romance, treachery, and angst. This was fun to read and also kept me rooting for Rick and Kate to give up everything in New York and settle down in Faery, I got my wish. This was well done and I will be waiting for your next offering.

It's great to see an officer such as Castle bide his time and wait for the right moment to strike. This was an education for General Winston even though it would be his last. If I were Rick and his staff I would not have been so lenient with the enemy. I am also glad that Rick will be hanging up his sword and devoting his time to Kate. Excellent chapter!

Column versus the line. The Albionese tried to grand tactics of Napoleon, but they forgot to send a cloud of skirmishers in front of their columns.
