meh interesting enough story but it is a lot of story telling about how the world works but very little actual interacting with it. most of the plot harry lucks into or out off, sure he prepared but the focus lied on the world yet so little is done with it.

i would favor this for how interesting it is but i dont plan on reading it again, too dull, so i wont

the way you glossed over the attack at the quidditch cup was dissapointing. how did the death eater minister respond? was malfoy in the group? etc etc.

what i do think you've done wonderfully is capture what would happen if dumbledore was not there. yes the man is incompetent but the rest of the world is just as bad, why else let him run hogwarts? it took flamel to fill the void but now without him... if had you written more about politics it seems likely that there too did dumbledore stop a lot of idiots.
even if all of that makes me conclude conquering and culling the population is a very good idea

i find this whole "banishing of spirits gives way to curses" more then a little weird. its like if you want to fuck someone over summon a revenant on their grounds and banish it. bam! cursed lands.

This was an absolutely original and brilliant piece of work. I love all of it. The changes in Harry, the changes at Hogwarts, Sirius, his solution to Voldemort, and Luna. I even love that we don’t know. I’ve been reading and writing fan fiction for roughly 30 years at this point and I’ve truly enjoyed this story and the ways it differed from the original in interesting and new ways. Bravo!
