![]() ![]() Millicent Bagnold was Minister when the Death Eaters claimed Imperio in late 1981 - early 1982, so did Rita also investigate her or was it just the recent stuff regarding Fudge? |
![]() ![]() ![]() So only 3 for Greengrass? What about her sister; Astoria? Unless it's just Daphne, Astoria and their mom, because their dad is dead ... |
![]() ![]() ![]() With Hermione representing Gryffindor, Daphne Greengrass being from Slytherin, and Susan Bones as a Hufflepuff, I would have added in Luna Lovegood, Padma Patil, Su Li or Lisa Turpin for a Ravenclaw, and Fleur Delacour for Beauxbatons. I suppose if this is Book compliant instead of movie accurate, then there is the possibility of a Durmstrang Witch too. This would be 6 wives 1 from each house and 1 from the other 2 schools, with Harry as the husband and being the one to represent the number 7, it would be called a Warlock's Covan instead of a harem. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Dumbledore is a pimp |
![]() ![]() Nice story with some interesting twists. It would read better if you slowed down, making the descriptions larger and moving from one action to the next a bit slower. Reading it now feels like watching a movie on fast forward. I know the story is done, I am just making suggestions for your future wiriting. I look forward to reading what you write next. (Look at LOR for an example of a slower pace.) |
![]() ![]() ![]() this has o been a very good story. i'm not a very good reviewer but I have enjoyed your story , |
![]() ![]() ![]() Just read the whole story over the the morning, I thoroughly enjoyed it and shall be looking at some of your other works as well. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm always a fan of fics where Rita can be talked into reporting the truth, usually by dangling the carrot that the truth is often more tabloid-like than the tabloids themselves (and thus more profitable than the tabloid lies she printed before) |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love this story |
![]() ![]() ![]() An interesting ‘meet the in-laws’ type chapter. Mr. Granger’s talk about power focuses on magical power. Even granting all four will be more powerful, that clearly isn’t the real power Harry and wives use to fight Voldemort. Harry’s four way marriage is decisive. Harry gets immense support, knowledge, strategy, all vital to vanquish Voldemort. To be able to control “The Prophet” and focus their efforts into one’s better suited to resist Voldemort is important and a “power the Dark Lord knows not”. As important is the influence Harry, Hermione and Susan have by the votes they now control in the Wizengamot, previously used by Fudge, here is the most important power, due to the laws and policies they can put into place. This is where the true battle against Voldemort is waged. As in many of your stories, there is not a stand-up battle as in canon. All in all, Dumbledore’s machinations benefit Harry, unlike many in the past and in canon. TGM |
![]() ![]() ![]() so far your stories are good, well written...continue with the good work. |
![]() ![]() ![]() You know, I’m rereading a few of my old favorites and found this one among my bookmarks. Still entertaining but I have one bit of complaint: What class was Dudley teaching at Hogwarts? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Another great story from you. I've been enjoying reading your stories quite a bit as they have all been nicely wrapped up with a little bow on top. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Ok I don't really get the placement of Sirius and Fleur It would make more sense for Sirius to be the DADA Professor and Fleur to be his Assistant Teacher and for someone else perhaps a OC to be the History Teacher |
![]() ![]() No Astoria as she is Daphne's YOUNGER sister - at this point, Astoria is irrelevant. (Gabrielle (Fleur's younger sister) is ALSO irrelevant, though she actually knows Harry, via the TWT.) |
