This chapter was so good! She admitted to him she doesn't want to be alone anymore and that she loves him. Loved the final decision on this.

A little more angst with this chapter but I'm glad at the end she is on her way to Rick.

This was another really great chapter. I guess the magic of their alone time together had to end sooner or later. I wonder what the call is about?

I hated her decision to go it alone at her apartment! So determined to prove to herself that she could. Castle's heart broken anew. he hadn't expected this and it was bleeding him dry.

But, the apartment is no longer the same and she's jumpy. Her loving, warm body isn't there to catch her now. And now she discovers that she needs him. And maybe that's not the bad thing she envisioned. Maybe it's just the way it's supposed to be.

Good luck with the Go Fund me. Hope I can contribute more soon. Enjoyed the story. Thought for a few sentences that it was the episode with the Rock Band guy. Glad it was their little miracle.

like I love how this makes johanna be there in a small way okay kate deserves this

also I love how she changed the way she lived after getting shot with like embracing life more and living the day and taking it as a gift and all that was a very nice change imo

they have a daughter and I am so happy for them. also castle suggetsed naming her cosmo I love him (though I feel like it should have been cosma then but whatever aslo they agreed on lily so it doesn't matter

When I saw the title I wasn't sure what to expect. Toasted marshmallows etal was perfect. I'm glad over all she is so relaxed with him and being there. I continue to love this story.

The 2nd chapter was just as good as the first. Poor Kate is feeling so broken inside and out but at least she is allowing Rick to be there for her. Baby steps eventually still gets you to where you want to be.
