Ever since that chapter where we got a glimpse of the three Dreadlords and the Deceiver(It's late, if I have a detail wrong here, so be it), and my sudden remembrance that this is not a time travel fic(merely events taking place on multiple worlds parallel to each other), I've begun to wonder of Harry is headed towards taking Ner'Zhul's place. I'm less certain now, after the prophecy. But... we'll see. I'm still throwing this thought out into the Twisting Nether of the Internet as a "maybe" as far as predictions go.

I hope Harry / Nobu'tan's name comes out of the goblet multiple times.

I was concerned for a while there that you would write Nabu'tan the same as you did Veneficus: spiraling into madness d/t ghosts of the past.

Another great chapter. A few typos here and there but simple enough to figure out.

This is to me the prime of WoW, and some of the most memorable events happen here.
For some reason guru of drakkuru is what made the biggest impression on me, and I'm looking forward to seeing the drakkuru again.

At least your keeping the demons with the legion, instead of that train wreck retcon shadowlands is.

Is Bellatrix amongst Tom's forces marching on the Throne? I'd imagine so. I've a bad feeling regarding her, particularly when it comes to Sylvanas and/or the Forsaken. Sylvie might actually be a better person than Bella... disturbing thought.

I don't remember, but is Nabu'tan aware of what Sylvanas did to Voldemort? And what she took from him?

Do any of the Terrans realize that some wizards of their number were nabbed during their stay on Argus? I wonder when they'll come back around.

Think I’ll drop this here. I do like to leave a note about why though so here you go. Essentially this has often quite boring and rather protracted. Originally it was a fairly tight story of Nobutan and him trying to get home. He needed the reagents to get the portal to summon the demons to return to Azeroth. That had a clear chain of logic. Now comparably you’ve massively bloated the cast list so now we’ve occasionally got chapters about wow people doing wow things. As an example, what is the narrative purpose to depicting Shaw fighting demons? Why is that chapter there? You already have long chapters but this sort of thing bloats them too. Similarly, what is the narrative significance of Medan? What purpose does he serve in the plot? At any particular moment o find myself thinking ‘why am I reading this, what is the significance of this scene?’

I’ve mentioned my issues before about characterisation so I won’t go into specifics again. Essentially once again the bloat of the story is problematic because it obscures the characters and the plot. I don’t feel like I understand the different people’s motivations, they remain obscure and there are so many characters they become generic. As an additional characterisation point, I don’t feel like I understand the logic of actions sometimes. For example I don’t really follow a lot of the logic for why the Dark Horde exists in the first place, I know Harry explained it but I don’t feel like that makes sense based in the other events of the story. Similarly the malfoys and other wizards just sort of... hanging about in stormwind.

As another point in general plot, you follow the canon plot too closely to be interesting. You’ll write dungeons like the extended CoT chapters or the raids, and some jackass will shout ‘feel the flames of azonoth’ or something dumb and it feels very MMOey. I get that you’re using inspiration from the game but you don’t need to use the voice lines or force confrontations in the way you do.

I’d also note that this story is 150 chapters long and almost 1m words and what has actually happened? You don’t tend to explore things, stuff just happens and then there’s some other battle and something else. It’s all very quick. For example, it would be interesting to look at some cultural tensions in the dark horde around Harry and the magic stuff. Is everyone cool with it? Do the dark horde oppose warlock stuff? How has the melting pot of magical traditions developed in Blackrock? In a million words it feels like these interesting elements are missed and it feels more like the report of a dnd campaign than a story.

To develop my point on pacing , slow down my dude. They’ve just finished with TBC and now it’s straight onto Wrath. Where are they getting the soldiers for all these conflicts? It seems like armies just exist, again like in an mmo that requires them to do, rather than because of anything that makes sense

That’s all I can think of for now, I’m aware you’re not going to be rewriting it etc but these are issues to consider going forward.

I’m stating here my hope for a Nobu’tan x Luna relationship, tho I acknowledge that it would require a vary specific depiction of Luna for it to work, I hold the opinion she is the only viable option for a pairing from the Potterverse tho his pairing might come from WoW
