Every reread in wait for a new chapter I always liked the idea of a Nabu’tan and Hermione as a couple in the story and I hope when they reunite they can be one.

This chapter confused me a bit.

VanCleef being dead, for starters. I'm guessing killing them is why Sylvanas sent her rangers out, but that no one reported their deaths to the Dark Horde yet is odd.

Remus.
He's awfully uppity for being a traitor to his nephew in all but blood. An argument could be made he didn't hear about the attack on the Potters until after HP had been taken. But, even after he returned to their world, he waited until instructed to even make contact.
And even then he did nothing but berate him into obedience of the headmaster instead of supporting him. Hell, Sirius has already demonstrated how to tow that line. Remus deserves to be curbstomped like a whelp for the insolence. I really hope Nabutan puts him in his place, or defangs him.
"Earn favor" with the Johnny-come-lately? Nabu really confused on that little ploy. I get it's a game, but that didn't make sense.

Sylvanas.
I've always appreciated her character, but we're entering into a segment that always confused tf outta me.
She "dies," meets the Jailer, and is easily swayed. She didn't even get laid to convince her of the benefits of being his 'friend.' Says a few words and she's all his.
I've long felt it was one of the worst bits of her storytelling they had to retcon. A clever retcon, I'll give it, but for all her intelligence, she's played with ease.
And she's so prideful, she can't even see the hypocrisy of her actions. Or just doesn't care.

I hope VanCleef breaks free of her. The Brotherhood can't catch a break.

These are the moments I wish Nabu had worked out a way to save Onyxia from herself. He really needs more worldly experience.

Not a fan of how Nobutan reacted to Remus or of how Remus issued commands to him. It doesn't help that Nobutan was all but humiliated by, as far as anyone else would be concerned, an upstart in his own home. Compounding that fact is that he owes Remus exactly jack. And would be well within his rights to kill him, put down his "rebellion", and restore "proper leadership" to the fel-wolves.

On the whole, it seems incredibly out of character and a tad insulting.

Overpowered until not. Random apparently. The power to destroy all the wolves on a whim, but suddenly remis is even just as strong… like many others before power levels randomly fluctuate… because the story says so it seems, is always the answer…
