So.. I know its kinda dumb to post reviws only when im critical, and this story has so much amazing stuff, like the portret of merlin for examle. Another great thing was the way harry was actually sneaky and considering of all angles. I say was because his letter to the minister is the complete opposite of that. He knows the minister enough to be able to infer his motived. He actually vowed not to share information with adults and people he disnt trust, and hes focussing attention on himself. All things which fly in the face of his character so far. It was also generally impulsive to react to voldemort that way in the first place. Did his sense of self-preservation take a leave of absence? Or are you deliberately changing his character to coincide with puberty? Either way it seems off.

Living in the UK I don't think I've ever seen a 'block' given as the size of anything. A distance in hundreds of yards, or (fractions of) miles would be more expected. Or, maybe, the time to walk from one side to the other? Blocks, I understand, come from cites organised in standard grids - you don't get those almost anywhere in the UK.

I've been reading the story from the beginning, and this is the only obvious 'Brit-pick' that I've seen.

Just recalled there was a small error in a prior chapter where you referred to the Basilisk as a he, in referring to 'his lair'. The chapter where she took Harry out into the forest, if I recall correctly.

Wow, talk about maximising the effects of a luck potion. I'd never really thought about it, but it makes sense that walking through the Ministry high on pure fortune would have all sorts of wonderful effects.

Hufflehug is an admittedly great word, and I'm really loving Harry's direction towards a cross-partition healer, utilising the best of both worlds. I hope the war (or whatever third-act drama you have planned) doesn't de-rail it.

Wow, you actually made me feel a little bad for Lockhart, well done. Seems he's in a spot of bother. Not the subtlest of hidden messages, but then, I imagine Harry isn't really expecting anything subtle from Lockhart. He forgot to make the main message out of character to draw further scrutiny. Rookie mistake.

Hmm, something tells me Harry wasn't exactly who Blishwick had in mind when they reached out...
That's a novel thought though, Harry accidentally getting an advantage by sniping some of Voldemort's correspondence via cognomen hi-jinx.

Definitely Aspergers then, I recognise it from a few friends who get likewise... uncomfortable, when people don't behave the way they've been taught to expect. Very accurate portrayal all things considered, although I have little experience with the quiet, reclusive form of Autism. Both of the people I know tend to be very abrasively assertive, which can sometimes earn them a bit of ire even with people who understand their situation. (Unfortunately, there's only so much you can take of somebody repeatedly failing to grasp things that you instinctively find almost insultingly simple, even with understanding, before it becomes grating)

I apparently agree with Sweetangieb, because I always enjoy seeing Harry and Luna become friends earlier.
