Reviews for Chandelier
Phantomphan chapter 39 . 1/12
Brava Bravisima I absolutely loved your story it's one of the the few modern day ones that I find so well written that I can dive into and laugh and cry along with the characters good job keep up the great work
JuiceBeetle chapter 39 . 11/24/2022
:')

Love this ending. I like that it showed everything wasn't gonna be all perfect but a normal romance (or as normal as can be when one partner is Erik). Love this fic!
JuiceBeetle chapter 37 . 11/20/2022
Ahhhhhhhhh. The fluff. I can't.
JuiceBeetle chapter 31 . 11/20/2022
Ouch. Tbh I saw it coming, if not for the same reasons. Kinda early in their relationship. But poor Erik.

Now he knows the rule of making sure couples are on the same page.

I didn't expect this fic to hit so hard. This chapter especially. As someone with chronic illness (not cancer) who needed multiple surgeries, including 2 on my sternum, I really feel for Christine. It's like looking into a mirror when I'm reading about her.

And a little more action movie for an ending. Thank you for sharing this wild ride!

I really enjoy this chapter, but no piano nor violin playing impacts the palms. Sorry, but no. Fingertips maybe from violin, but definitely no callouses on the palms.
Aww, Nadir is getting all choked up! Why do some people cry at weddings? Happy tears? Reading on, it seems everyone is falling apart at their coming together!
Oh what a night! I am glad this Erik does not sleep in a coffin. That would surely have been awkward and too difficult!

Hmm, should have headed back to the pub for her coat, thanked him for giving back her purse, and headed back to her hotel. Of course he’s watching! And more pissed off and upset than ever! Probably between the coat and brisk walk she might not have succumbed to hypothermia.

Really? 7 bars, not just 9 notes? I would struggle to play just the right hand almost as much as I struggle to memorize music. Good thing Christine found that laughably easy! And too bad for me there’s a harder memory test next!

I like the image of the black swallowing the light.

Brave of her to go trotting country to country alone. Must have picked up more than a little language skill with all the singing lessons compared to how lost she was at first in Switzerland. And those glowing eyes. What if they belonged to a stray cat?
yimello chapter 39 . 8/13/2022
Damn, this has been a whole odyssey to finally get EC together and happy. Neither one made it easy but I loved the constant push and pull between them. The cruise line chapters were definitely my favorite; Erik taking care of a seasick Christine was lovely.
vm232129 chapter 32 . 8/11/2022
Aw, Christine, you broke him!
vm232129 chapter 31 . 8/10/2022
Never wave off Erik’s singing!
And wha-wha-what kind of an answer is that!?
vm232129 chapter 30 . 8/9/2022
What a cozy chapter! Getting comfortable with each other, the place, the horses, and back into music more regularly. But what is this change you are foreshadowing now that things are calm in all ways, minus lacking social and family ties?
vm232129 chapter 29 . 8/8/2022
Hmm, making up for lost time, are they?
