Becuase the reason hagrid got expelled was bc after myrtle died hogwarts was gonna close down so Tom needed a scapgoat bc he didn’t want hogwarts to close down but didn’t want to reveal hisself so soon so therefore he pinned the blame on Hagrid. But this time myrtle never died so that never lead to that.

Honestly, this story has caused me so many emotions. It has caused me grief and happiness. I was moping this whole evening after reading the chapters where Tom and Harry were being cold towards each other. Then I immediately jumped back to the story, read the next chapter, and was perfectly happy again. Amazing.
