your story is much mire entertaining than any 'real book'. so im very glad youre updating! i like that tom and harry are working on their careers and not everything is perfect. especially orion and walburga are tragic but i really want sirius to be born so im a little biased XD

I really hope you update the story, it's really amazing. I LOVE IT. I also hope Harry stays in the past and not go back. I love his friendship with Orion; It's cute, and his relationship with Tom.

Hmmm...perhaps Harry should've gotten a job for some of the time, for some spare cash? And I can see how difficult it would be for a 16 year old to figure out love advice. Especially since everyone is insane.

I seriously hope that the point of this story is that Harry can curtail some of Tom's more...blood thirsty ways - that he can have Tom see that it is in his best interest. Especially if/when Harry finds out about horcruxes.

This may or may not be my favourite 1940's time travel fic and I may or may not have spent the last day re-reading all 203,000 words of it and become as equally enchanted by it as the first time around.

Though, I was wondering if you changed the last two chapters because I distinctly remember none of those things happening and not nearly squealing as much? Idk maybe it's a parallel universe thing who knows

I've just spent several hours binge-reading this entire fanfiction. I usually read quickly but if it's something really interesting I read a little slower.

This. Is. So. Good. I'm just dying over here because it's killing meeeeeeeeeeeee. It's such a good plot, I love well-written Tomarry AND time-travel fics. Just - everything about this is perfect.

I’m in love! Will Harry tell Tom the truth? If Harry goes back to the future will it be the same? Will Tom get the three hollows and wait for Harry? Oh my god I love this and can’t wait for an update.

Well damn, they really just cancelled out the rest of my review. But yeah, I’d definitely recommend for people to read this; that is, if they’re interested in angsty (and sometimes frustrating) fics that feature LGBTQ characters.

And btw, I love you so much author, and I beg that you update as soon as possible. But please, don’t take this as my way of indirectly pressuring you; after all, life does often get in the way of doing the things we love. Much love~

I’m literally speechless... I honestly don’t know how to put into words just how amazing this fic is. I love the way you describe Tom’s slow yet sure process of changing himself for the better. And I don’t mean that he suddenly became this morally sound and overall ‘good’ character, but rather that you still included his near-fatal mistakes and, admittedly, bad habits. This just made him seem all the more real and human, and showed us that although he may have altered his character slightly, he still had his faults and prejudiced beliefs.

Not to mention, I also love how you incorporated Harry’s progress in becoming more open-minded to certain topics that, in the past, would’ve made him react in a rather... hard-headed manner. Overall, there was much growth and development in both Harry and Tom’s personality, something which had been done in such a way that it wasn’t (in my personal opinion) cliché or rushed.

And the build-up in their relationship was just... wow. There really aren’t very many authors that would actually take the time to describe and work out every little detail in whatever encounters they have had, or may be introduced to. Their banters and witty comments towards one another was a joy to read; seriously, I don’t think I’ve ever genuinely smiled and laughed as much as I have whilst reading this fic compared to other past ones.

And when they (finally) realized their liking for each other, it was a relief to know that Harry didn’t blindly dive into a relationship with Tom, unlike the majority of other fics that I have read. This way, it ensures that they both know what they’re jumping into, and also so that they still have the opportunity to back out if they feel that it just wouldn’t work out between them (at the moment). This also provides the both of them a chance to experiment with each other and learn how to fully trust one another before committing themselves to a proper relationship.
