That was a lot of fun to read, thanks! I enjoyed the pacing and it was impressive that you manged to keep up the momentum even when the tournament was over. Sure, it's dramatic when there's always some kind of emergency (and pandemics are scary now), but it kept things interesting. I think I wouldn't mind too much if this was the end and you just tack on an epilogue or something, but I guess you had something different in mind since you wrote that the story wasn't over. No idea if you plan to do something more or if the last sentence, that you want to revamp it, is actually in the works, but I'm happy with how far you came hereThe characters were awesome, I loved the interaction and for the last part I was incredible happy about your portrayal of Dumbledores. It's so rare to find a Dumbledore like this! Redemption and character development without any of his annoying actions on screen. That felt very fluffy and satisfying.

On another note I found your ANs very understandable and felt pretty sorry for the kind of comments you seem to be getting. People commenting without reading everything sounds pretty weird. Your profil reads like an authors rant as well but with how many fics you've written there must be a lot of stupid comments as well. I hope you don't let yourself be put in a bad mindset by them and still have fun writing! And I hope that your personal situation will improve! Best of luck to you

This may seem like a little letter rather than a review (I haven’t even reached the actual chapter yet!) and I apologise if it seems off putting and/or inappropriate (I’m afraid it may be but hope it isn’t - or at least not terribly so).

I’m 28, diagnosed with anxiety, depression, ADHD, high-functioning autism, and PCOS. In the last 5 years my family has been homeless twice. When we attempted to apply for housing assistance, we were told that we didn’t have enough income to meet the lowest threshold and were rejected repeatedly.

(The similarities are both disheartening and more than a little eerie. I also apologise if this comment seems… off? I’m not sure what a more appropriate word would be, but I’m sorry anyway if it’s distressing.)

My point is that, while I am aware that no random stranger on the internet could know what your life is truly like and I would certainly never presume or make assumptions, I can say that I do know that that’s all a hell of a combination to be dealing with at once and if your experience of the stress and upset is at all similar to my own then I am very sorry that you have to go through it at all. You’re not alone, and even when things are overwhelming and hard and everything is a struggle, things come and they go in waves and you do eventually catch a break (even if it’s only a small one).

I hope your break comes soon. Please hold on and keep breathing through it all.

Now, I’m looking forward to reading the actual chapter - this is one of my favourite stories and I had no idea there was an update so I’m pretty stoked. Thank you for your hard work! And again, hold on.

It did not become preachy and one of the rare ones where the author used the "them" pronoun properly.
More importantly, the above was NOT the main focus of the story! It started fantastic and ended satisfyingly. There were even *gasps* Character Arcs! The characters actually have some personalities and were not caricatures of gender politics as is the norm these days.
And, the "animals also have feelings" were actually more believable here than reality's animal rights activists' virtue signalling!

Thank you so much for this chapter. I'd been wondering for ages what had happened after they'd dealt with Herakles and you certainly didn't disappoint. Your character development makes it feel like I really know them and can almost anticipate how they're going to react to situations.
