This story was a lot better then I thought that it would be! Over all its a great story and I really enjoyed reading it, I am glad that I read it after finding it on the Harry Potter Sub Reddit.

I kinda hope he plans to cross the puppy with a dementor.

All the sniffing out power and loyalty of a dog, paired with the ability to eat soul-pieces.

It'd be the PERFECT Horcrux Hunter. _

(And terrifying to boot. Doubly so if the dog is Fluffy. Lol )

That aside...

Why didn't he stick Moody/Barty and Voldemort in a Pokeball?

Imagine him going "Voldemort, I choose you!" (Or "Voldie, I choose you!") And then forcing Voldie to attack the enemy! ...possibly his own soul pieces or followers... Cussing Harry out but having no choice but to obey.

(I seem to remember Team Rocket capturing Picachu once. And forcing him to fight while looking all sad.

Of course, Ash eventually got him back, but it shows the Pokermons lacks free will, unless the owner allows them to have it.

I bet a chibi Voldie would be adorable! _

With an K.O. curse (instead of avada, it knocks you out), and a mild torture curse, and let him keep the imperius curse.

It would be a horrible punishment for someone like Voldemort.

A few years of that and he might just regrett every action he ever took that lead up to that moment.

He'd make a cool ass pokemon tho. _

I understand ehy the abused and friendless (save two people who worship the ground dumbledore walks on) accepted his grandfather figure's decision on where he had to stay.

I do NOT understand why ANY other version of Harry, that has friends who might know the law, or that can think for himself, accepts the decision of the headmaster of his school whom he doesn't even know that well.

Would YOU allow your headmaster to decide what you did outside school when you were a teenager? *Raises an eyebrow*

He has zero legal rights. And everyone who is not a complete idiot knows it. (Once they pass the age of 8 or so.)

If he HAS a friend to stay at, that doesn't obey dumbledore's ever command, then dumbledore can do nothing.

I will admit that Xenophilus isn't the sanest adult in the world, but I doubt he'd just allow that to go without questioning the abnormal (and kinda creepy pedophile-like from an outside point of view) attention the old man lavish on a child/teen.

If you see the headmaster of a school lavish that amount of attention on, say, your own child, your sister, or whatever fits your age and social circle... what is the FIRST thing you think?

I sincerely doubt it will be "Oh, yes. He's the headmaster and a war hero, so it is totally normal that he keeps calling the boy to his office, and decide where this kid he has no relations to outside his school title, stays every summer!"

Other than that, I love this story.

A little suprised he didn't actually summon Picachu from an other dimention or something, but your version may make more logical sense. Lol

I look forward to see what he does to get it to produce lightning. (Thunderbirds can, so why not your Harrysteins Monster. Lol)

And the pokeballs too. Tho that may be easier. Remember Scamander's suitcase? Yeah... lol
