Shonen's a demographic, not a genre. The Genre Naruto belongs to is called "Battle Manga"

Since there are several Shonen series that aren't remotely like Naruto, like Rent A Girlfriend. That's a Shonen as well.

I mean, he missed his own inauguration because his daughter used a gentle gist strike and hit him in a central tenketsu, crippling Kurama in the process

The song with the lyrics was amazing. Made it feel like the end of an anime episode. Lyrics also worked perfectly for the team 7 dynamic. Great choice to put it in there.

these last three chapters made me despise Naruto as a character even more, if that's what you want from us readers.

A typo twice this chapter. Kisame's sword is Samehada. Same shark, hada skin. Sadehama would be something more like "scoop shore" (though sade doesn't really exist as its own character).

I think Naruto is so likable that its hard to go read the next chapter. If this is intended motive for mc then you are too good.

To be honest if you think carefully of all the events in the serie the real protatonist is Sasuke, everything goes arround him and he is the one who moves the plot until the end, the only exception is Pein Saga.

To be honest, I stopped enjoying this after the naruto as Sasuke thing, only sasuke is better here, and Kakashi just a bit, sakura is still as bad as in the original work, and somehow, you managed to make naruto even worse than he was

I love this story! It has plot and narusaku too!

I both like and dislike the story behind Haku and Zabuza. It's so sad but so much better than the original in my opinion. Keep up the good work.
