Well I have to say I had some reservations about James being the Joker. Not that it was an impossible leap or anything. First off he was a prankster in canon and a wizard. One thing you can say about wizards is they have a very skewed view of what is dangerous. Largely in part because magical cures seem to instantly fix most problems with no reputations but also as a race wizards seem to be pretty stupid and lack any common sense. So that same type of vicious humor used against mugles without magic to help cure them would make a very believable Joker imo. The problem is more with what the author hinted at in the end. Adding such a big plot twist mid story, one that is already pretty complicated with back stories and characters usually ends badly. You already had Dumbledore, The Ministry, Voldemort plus Ivy and all the Gotham side of things to deal with. Adding another layer of backstory and depth to James/Joker so late into the story hurt things more than helped it imo. If it had been the goal from the start that James was the Joker and Ivy being Lily wasn't already a thing it could of made a good raised by the Joker fic. That said it seems more like trying to mash two separate story idea's together than anything else.

Damn you write the Joker creepy. The talk about the Teen Titans was good, and I would enjoy seeing how Harry and Hermione get along with them. Obviously that will have to wait though. There are much more pressing issues suddenly. I do have to say that the idea of Pam putting together a villain team to take down the Joker is kind of awesome. I can't wait to see how that develops. Great little fic so far and considering it's still being updated it's by default the best Harry Potter/Batman cross by default. Popular as this cross over is almost all them end dead after a few initial chapters. The name escapes me but another really good fic with almost a reverse of this plot is one where the Dursley's go to Gotham for a business meeting between Vernon and Wayne. It goes badly and the Dursley's leave Harry on the side of the road, eventually leading him to being found by Ivy. Funny hijinks ensue and due to a bit of magic and misunderstanding Ivy is made to have Lily's memories instead due to wizards being stupid and Ivy looking a bit like Lily. It's been dead for years though but I highly recommend reading it if you can find it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but believe I saw a "little Shop of horrors" reference in there too.

I feel sorry of Harley because she is going to be hurt badly by James/Joker. I really think they should talk to Ra's al Ghul so they can figure out a way to deal with Joker.

Im surprised the League hasnt sought legal permission to 'put down' the joker. Afterall, cops get permission on rare occasions if the criminal is considered dangeous enough. Though usually as you go up the ladder into SWAT and military it becomes more common.

And so the son meets the father. If I was a betting man, I'd think both Harry and Ivy alias Lily will put the Joker 6ft. under together.

The justice league has it all wrong...sometimes death is a mercy.

You know I wonder if Joker decide to have the conformation at Diagon Alley to cause maxium amount of pain, confusion, chaos and discord against everyone he hates. Especially Dumbledore and Lily stating he was created by one and the other married him. Maybe even mentioned he forced himself on Lily and a few others to shame the wizarding world as well. The consequence alone will be far reaching as both worlds take a higher interst in each other.

Excuse me, but what would happen if Harry ended up finding/ being kidnapped by the joker? Would he be the one send to hell or will he and Hermione put a stop to Joker's magic forever? If Harry gets kidnapped, pleased don't let him end up like Tim or ,heaven forbid, Jason. That would definitely end with Joker dying via Plant Magic.

Harry may need training but he shouldn't join the league. He need to have a life of his own. Away from people who want to control and use him.
