Audrey: Audrey doesn't do morning. You made this POV hilarious in the middle of all the drama. Milo rang her all nonchalant about the fact that they're betting on who lives and who dies and it backfired. I guess he wanted to be an asshole and piss her off and ended up humiliated. It's great she is protected by the fact that Milo wants to try and get his money back. She can cay whatever she wants, and he will have to put up with it.

Chanel: I like to imagine all the drama where the benefactors are. I mean, if I was Sonique and bet money on them, I'd be mad if they tried to trick them into a minefield. And... I imagine Sonique earned that plaque for doing it terrible. I loved how you described Chanel's desperation and grief for Seraphina. I hope she doesn't end up feeling guilty about this. It's not her fault and there's no way she could've known.

Alaina: I get why she doesn't trust Blake, he's too competitive and stronger than her, but Blake isn't that trustworthy either. They're a strong group now, probably too strong and I also think Blake is going to introduce a new dynamics and split it up. For what I've seen about him, he likes to be in charge.

Griffin: So, he's convinced Quincy is alive and Alaina died? Or was it a mistake? I was thinking, maybe he was too traumatised to fully notice what was going on. Lol poor Nico, but it was the fact that he isolated himself so much why no one cared about him and voted for him so... I liked to read his motivations and wish him good luck. I like Griffin.

He seemed so upset and miserable about hurting Audrey a few chapters back, and now he just ditches her for Jackson -_- About the group, Madison looks like the one with best odds, then Audrey and then Mariana. Dunno, it just feel like she has given up and doesn't care anymore. Audrey too, in a way, since she said that about the last days of her life.

Blake: He's doing fine. I'm relieved. I had the impression he was way more disturbed, but he's taken his own survival as another challenge. That's good. I hope it's true what he says about Brandon. Because after what he did to Eimer I'm not fond of him at all. Blake is a bit too trusting.

Seraphina: It's funny how the same sweat shirt means so many different things for every kid. I doubt the plan would work for the very same reasons Seraphina thinks it won't work. But I don't blame them for trying to escape. Chanel has an amazing weapon.

Where to even begin? Your take on this story is really something else. I only gave you the bare bones for ideas and placements and you took it and rolled with it. Your writing is honestly phenomenal. Your characterisation, your dialogue, your prose. You really capture them as not only teenagers, but as interesting characters too. I honestly believe you're doing waaaay better with this story then I ever could! If Blood Money taught me anything, it's that AUs are cool, but I was way out of my depth when I started that and this.

It's strange to see the characters I know so well written out.

I like your choice for the Benefactors to interact with their tributes. I think that adds a nice touch - I also like the fact that they're playing dirty also to benefit themselves. Of course, you and I both know the deeper secrets, so I won't comment on that - but it's a nice touch I would've never thought of.

Seraphina was a great character. I can't remember the bones of her form but I do know that I had originally placed her further down the line in the rough guide before she died a lot more prematurely. And, of course, I guess it helps further Chanel's story. Again, we've talked about this - but Chanel was my Victor from the moment I got her form. There really was nobody else. I can't wait to see how you tackle her story - and the other teenagers - to see how it all ends, and if you'll stick religiously to the placements or tweak them to better your story.

Good job, Alison! If anyone was to take on the story, I'm glad it's you and you're doing these wonderful characters justice.

I read this all in one go and I am speechless. Shane's refusal to play by their rules, Simone's fear as her name kept appearing on everyone's list and the realization she's one of the most hated. Trina and her saying goodbye and holding hands. And Gabrielle's POV omg, I loved her thoughts when she saw Freya crying. Amazing chapter!

Madison: oh... Anabel finally showing her true colors. I was dreading this moment but wondering how it would be at the same time.

Audrey: Somehow, Audrey not believeing what's going on made everything funnier. Game of thrones omg. When this fic started it was 2015 I think so 2014 was the year before. It feels like the world has changed too much. After hearing one of them might be alive, they still may keep some hope that the one coming back is their kid.

Jeremiah: OMG they're voting that's so cool and fucked up. I want to save Jeremiah T_T

Trina: They're just using her but she's going to do it anyway for shits and giggles. Excited and afraid to see how everything unfolds in this hell night.

Harper: Things get better and better! It felt as if they were already saying farewell to them. But OMG Simone burning a bakery, that's a good one.

Griffin: Noooo... Trina was enjoying this it was more than obvious. I have the feeling Griffin needs to say his side of the story. This hurt.

Juliet: You can tell how unsettles everyone is. I love to see Shane sticking up for Griffin so boldly. And well, Juliet also has a point, but compared to his story of abuse and violence, playing videogames online feels like nothing in comparison (although I giggled when she said she locked her room mate out just to keep playing). Simone would probably make fun of her in a different situation, and I get why she's hiding it and doesnt want to stand out, but things have gotten too ugly now and they'll get even uglier.

Jackson: Whoa, Jackson of all people questioning everything. It was a scary ending. At first I thought they had poisoned Alex on purpose so they would have to stay all night trapped in there with his corpse. But it seems they're just doing it to anyone. I think I've said this already but I'm both scared and excited.

Alex: I feel sorry for him, someone give him a cigarette or his meds or something. I feel like he's not going to get better anymore. Like it's all going downhill from here. And I don't trust Sawyer.

Dane: I liked the powder keg comparison. It does feel like that. Blake was brilliant there and even if I love Doran, it annoyed me to see him trying to justify everything that goes wrong. Although... He probably feels safer if he pretends not to notice that there's something weird going on.

Seraphina: I loved this POV and feel sorry for seraphina but at the same time it was so sweet. A nice scene in the middle of all the drama. Gwen

Eimer: Aw, this pov started so cute but it turned out angsty. Should've seen it coming. I feel sorry for her too and now I don't like Brandon that much. He's a dick and Alaina too but I guess she's just protecting her secret over everything else. Brandon knew he would hurt her but still did it. I hope Eimer stays strong. It pains me to read she's looking forward to go to Australia again, knowing that she isn't leaving that place alive.

Madison: Lool everyone fighting each other just to vent their frustration. I hate Wes too. omg they're really going to start killing each other before the game starts. Disaster trip. Now I think there's not a single person happy. Not even Blake or Doran.

Shane: Ugh, so it was him the one screaming. I thought they wouldn't do anything because fighting to the death felt like enough punishment (and plus Shane's benefactor, whoever they are, wanting the competition to be fair) but I was wrong. I guess for them "an adult would never do that kind of shitty thing", even Shane isn't sure about it. More gaslighting.

Chanel: Whoa, she's so cool when she's pissed off. Trina can't get her mouth shut, of course that Chanel is getting pissed off if she talks crap about her little sister. I guess she would if she knew what's coming. I snorted when Simone agreed with her.

Simone: I see why people call her an attention whore. This character belonged to an old ffnet friend of mine, Lyra and it reminds me of the good old days and the SYOT gossip. She likes gossip too so everything matches. Everyone has a way of amusing themselves, I guess. Spreading lies is crappy though.

Blake: It's hard to see someone as nice as him look defeated and anxious. Every POV feels creepier and creepier, I like that. Shane must know it's been them by know, I was wondering why he's not trying to just escape, but he seems the kind that isn't afraid of consequences and stays no matter what.

Audrey: Lol, they are assholes. She just wanted to sleep! Jeremiah is so cute and shy awww they make a good team.

Gabrielle: Uh, interviews are taking a toll on everyone, even the ones that look the toughest. I am sure Jasper wouldnt have gone to jail if he could choose.

Mariana: Whoa, never expected her to relate to Catherine Earnshaw. Read the book long ago in high school and I liked it but I remember her as a nasty bitch. I don't recall any of the characters being kind or nice, all of them wanted revenge and stuff except probably the narrator which is a servant and whose name I've forgotten. They're right, the poem part is creepy. They shouldn't be reading something so personal out loud, so everyone can guess your weaknesses so they can destroy you.

Gwen: I feel like, letting some of the kids have a brief grasp of what is underneath but not all of them creates a mood of paranoia and it feels like the ultimate gaslighting. They're going to start discrediting and mistrusting each other. It's a good move.

Brandon: He was an asshole on this POV, I guess because he's too horny now. I get that feeling that the term is ending and you're not going to see that person again, but he's being too pushy and using Alaina is a shit move. I could read this fic like just a story about teens that spend a few days away from the city and that would be all I need. This kind of drama is great.

Gerard: This one was scary, and I am glad I read it during the day. Idk, the dim light over the woods, the stillness, the cries. So, the title of the fic comes from Wuthering Heights! That's quite cool! I like it more now. I wonder who was the one crying. Was it one of the kids? I guess I'll find out soon if someone's missing.

Freya: This was a lovely POV and I enjoyed every line of it. All of them giggling and telling stories. Shane story was hilarious.

Alaina: I didn't expect that backstory and it's sad that she has to hide herself like that, but it's a choice she's made really. Like a sacrifice to preserve her social status. So, I guess complaining about it is pointless.

Monica: Lol I can't believe she said that about Jackson. I liked the drama.

Jeremiah: I love him so much, I'm happy whenever he appears. As for the interview with Sawyer, a lot of these kids seem to have that kind of issues with their parents. I guess its normal when most of them have succesful careers.

Yuto: That is creepy. Yuto was hilarious though. He's great.

Simone: She's gonna have a reaaaally hard time in the coming days. It was fun to see her struggle to finish her shower. I wouldn't have missed breakfast so I can look pretty, but it's her dumb choice lol

Dane: He's a 40 year old in the body of a teenager. To be a scholarship guy he's quite stuck up. I guess because he thinks everyone else is privileged while he's earned everything he has. He's OK but not a fan.

Gwen: Uh, so that's Shane's plan to get expelled. I guess it would have never worked. It's gonna suck for the kids but I like to see the organizers pissed. Also I like Gwen a lot.

Eimer: Her experience moving to the US and having to adapt to a new country was nice to read. I like her too, not as much as Gwen but yeah. And I giggled at all the foreshadowing about dying.

Chanel: Ew Wes. I liked chanel answer to the question. Gwen seems to be into a lot of things, I wonder if she is one of those kids whose parents sign them up for classes of literally everything.

I am curious about that reteat. Is it a school thing or catechesis? Or maybe is a religious school? I used to go to trips when I was in catechesis. Good times.

Trina: She sounds like a bitch when other people talk about her, but she has a point ? I'd get mad too if Gabrielle fucks off while I'm stuck in the kitchen doing shit. I know that's mean but I don't hate her lol.

Juliet: My baby. I had to go and recheck her form because I forgot what I wrote. I just remember she beat three other gamer girl forms into the story, but as of now, I would tweak her a bit.
