Don't worry about OOCness I love this. I love the Flash (both Barry and Wally) He's my favorite, so I pretty much love everything with him as the main character. You just want to hug him. I love the family time in this. I know this is only a one-shot but you could really make this into a awesome one-shot series with Flash as the main character and fluff all around (and maybe some angsty Flash got hurt chapters...) :D your a great writer!
