Wonderful nice use of episode dialog mixed in with your words. At that point in their relationship can see her being so overwhelmed by finding out she was pregnant. Nice job handling that. LOL at the immaculate conception line can so hear Gates saying that.

I really enjoyed this, but would love an epilogue with the baby being born.

I'm normally annoyed by fics with a lot of the original dialogue in it but it didn't really bother me in this one.
Maybe it's because of the length of the story and/or because the original dialogue seems to match the plot. I think you did a good job of using it in an appropriate (hope that's the right word?) way ;)

I like it. It's a nice variation on the original "flashbacks" episode. The dialogue is in character as well.
