I desire to write a story with the lolita concept about middle-school time; an extremely fictionalized memoir with a fictional attractive male teacher becoming my father by having an affair with my mother who is older than him but also still beautiful.

What I like for my characters however seem to be "organic substance" in form of organic reactions, actions and behaviors towards each other.

So I hope your story can inject some of those into my characters, and I especially find the prose of your story at some parts very haunting and eerie.

Tom is… such a pervert. It makes me want to shake my head in fondness and he’s a murderer, a sadist, a masochist, he is so evil and he is so gooooood to read

Tom is so… nefariously cruel and sharp and— he is so, so delicious to read.

His perversion, corruption and coldness all wrapped around Hermione… it reads like a downfall, like we cheer Tom on, like we want Hermione to descend further and further.

Hermione — in canon, has always had a mean streak to her. The vengeful side of her to pour time and energy so that whoever reveals their secret little DA meetings would remember their mistake. The way she discriminates and is at worse intolerant of Parvati and Lavender for not having the same interests as her. I remember Hermione as a swot, a girl who flaunts her brain and insecurities on her sleeves.

And I LIKE that about her. I like how you processed her and put her in this modern AU and still, still she is Hermione. She is still smart, and obsessive and bossy and oh, she revels in her superiority.

I cannot wait for the same chapter. Because we want Tom and Hermione to debase themselves in murder, we want to see Umbridge suffer— there’s a certain tell-take feeling around the toad-like woman, with the cats and the pink and the needles, something close to The Landlady. Like we know there’s something horribly wrong and

So I have just re-read this whole fic and it was even more incredible than I remembered! The way you write is just poetic and I love where the story is going! And the way you write Hermione and Tom is just perfection. Really hope this gets an update!

I like the slight suggestion that Tom has a hint of sociopathy within what I had assumed to be psychopathy. That little rage being all he feels? Yeah, I can get behind that. However, I couldn’t quite place him in one or the other right now

This feels very sexual abuse-ish. Like, Tom is her step-dad. I’m going to keep reading though, because it doesn’t feel entirely like that and it’s good enough that you’ve managed to entrance me anyway. Kudos
