I think the mother is going to die anyway. It's only logical. Now Tom uses her as leverage against Hermione but if Hermione actually cooperates and does what he requests, then he has no use for Jean anymore and she has to die. And this will make Tom Hermiones only guardian. Wicked.

I truly am in love with the way you write. When I read this, it feels like when I look at art. Your word choice is brilliant. This story just keeps getting more and more terrifying and captivating .

Omggg this story is so d*mn gooood :o I love the way you set up the scenes, your literary devices, the riddles in the little clues and dialogue. Tom is surprisingly an open book (to Hermione) but at this point I’m pretty on the fence about Hermione’s morals and thought process - I know she’s saving her mother, but she’s getting a lot of “immoral” pleasure out of it in the process. And along the way, I wonder just how corruptible she’ll become - if she’ll come to enjoy just Tom, or also enjoy the evilness. I’m really excited to follow and see more of this! Please update when you can!

deliciously sinful. I’ve hovered over this fics for months, the summary kind of scared me tbh, but I opened it today and devoured it. It’s so well written it’s so easy to become enraptured by your characters and their story. Lowkey a hard read though because it’s such a problematic relationship, and it’s disconcerting that i get so much pleasure from reading it. BUT ITS SO GOOD idk idk you’re magnificent I’m entrapped and can not wait for the next update thank you times a million for sharing your talent!

favorite Tomione AU dude, it toes the line between too safe and too far perfectly. The visuals you give and themes introduced are almost like poetry, I'm looking forward to more.

I almost wish Umbridge doesn't do anything to warrant death as it will show how corrupt Tom has made Hermione. But based on the characterization of Umbridge following canon so far, I imagine it won't be long until she shows her true colors and hurts a student. Great chapter!
