![]() ![]() ![]() A beautiful set of endings to such an amazing story. Thank you very much, and good luck with your further writings. ~Alsodef |
![]() ![]() ![]() Catching back up to this story, which is apparently on its 8-year anniversary! Marvelous writing, now to see if I can finish reading the story before its 9 year anniversary. ~Alsodef |
![]() ![]() ![]() amazing story.. bravo! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you. Thank you for the years of effort. I think that while you and I likely have very different political and social opinions that we could be friends on the simple basis of being open to communication. I am sorry that I did not come upon your work earlier. I would have been able to express my gratitude for your efforts during those times of uncertainty. Thank you. |
![]() ![]() I don’t know if the author, or anyone for that matter, will read this. But I need to say it. This silly little fanfic changed my life. Not in any enormous or grand ways, but smaller ways like what questions I ask myself during the day. This book, and it is a book, has been a constant tab in my device for years. It has been with me through college, military, and everything in between. For the longest time I felt like this story would always be there for me, a never ending story of fantastic adventure and romance. I laughed for the Ram arc, was on the edge of my seat for the Cult of the Firstborn, went into a rage during the rebellion, and cried at the epilogues. Again, I don’t know if the author will ever read this, but thank you. |
![]() ![]() This was a beautiful story. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks for the chapter and for the courage to speak candidly about mental health. |
![]() ![]() Interesting fanfic, but a bit too preachy for my tastes, I'd have dropped it at the troll avenging part, persisted despite the annoying vampire romance plot, but suddenly the character is becoming too MC Mary Sue for my taste, he's the only one who's grown up, he's the only one who's learned something, the unruly older brother is conveniently become a rapist and is killed off screen, the soldier brother isn't as good as the MC despite being a knight (which contrary to what you the author preach or the games parodied, were the Thing in regards to all around killing), the Witcher doesn't have even the pretense of authority to investigate the murder of a noble, he'd simply be removed willingly or not and this isn't game logic where he can cut down whole towns, Geralt himself got gotten by a peasant with a pitchfork, think less of the scared armour less peasant and more like Radovid's quest in the game as this is in the game section of the fanfiction site, all in all upto this point the work was tolerable, sadly the main character syndrome and general mary sueishness of the characters have become too annoying as well as the constant preaching about the morality of monsters or how untrained knights are supposedly. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you for the story |
![]() ![]() ![]() This deserves a final review! Firstly, thank you so much for this story! it was epic in scope, and amazing overall. I agree with your wife that it was very worthwhile. As to things i would like to see from you in the future: i like ideas 2, 3, 7, and 8. For number 2 will it be on r-o y-a l r-o a-d? That said, it depends on why you write. if your are worrying for fun, go with what interests you the most! |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is both sad and heart warming , they lived as they wished ans died like that as well, Kerras was the only one who truly hurt to see die, if him in freederics life as the witchers also have quite the life span, freedy might have had lasted more, but what is a couple more decades or even centuries to an imortal. But at least he is with his goodess now. I will be honest with you that after all that you have riten, i would say that kerras down right deserves to be in the witcher. Thank you for this Journey, and even if i only got here in the end. Thank you for giving me this Journey. This realy should be a book |
![]() ![]() ![]() spike. i may not have left many reviews but i have read this amazing story for the past few years. amd while this may seem like a small thing, i even named my cat who i love dearly after freddy. you have been their by my side through thick and thin these past few years. and while this story may be over your words will haunt my mind for years to come. thank you for writing the story of some puffed up noble and the stray cat he found in a ally. thank you when i come back to reread i cant wait to see what else you have writen! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you for the introspection and the interesting story. Hope your future endeavors get to mean as much to you as this story does. "I’ve followed the path so long I’ve weathered this tide Through everything carried on It’s hardened my hide I’ve followed the path so long The oldest pain is fading now at last At the end of the path I rest my weary feet At the end of the path In quiet comfort we’ll meet." -The Path by Miracle of Sound, The Witcher 3 |
![]() ![]() ![]() Beautiful. I've been following this story for a few years now and I stopped reading it at chapter 163 because I was so mad at the thought that Ariadne had betrayed Freddie that I stopped reading. I decided to click on this chapter because I noticed it said "Epilogue" and was shocked because I guess I assumed this story would seemingly go on forever. Readying it was beautiful I enjoyed it tremendously. I'm kind of but not really ashamed to say that there were times when I would skip chapters because they were talking about things that made me uncomfortable or I felt was to wordy. But now I'm looking forward to rereading it. Hopefully I'll be able to read the chapters I skipped but I doubt it. |
