From a position of little strength due to his place with the Yorvani, promises made should not be overlooked because they were made by a slave to their conquest.

Hiccup has to find a way to deliver on these promises and keep himself and Astrid from the plans that may be Drago's. That Hiccup appeared to be Hope to those the Yorvani conquered is a dangerous thing to those who conquer...Heather stepped in before it was too late.

She may not be faring well for now, but Hiccup holding her is all the healing she needs until she can recover from the poison that took their child from them and a Hope for a better future for so many.

Yesss! I did laugh when Hiccup was getting upset that Cami got to see Astrid before him. So childish and cute! I can’t wait till the next update and love how the story is forming!

Hmm... The question is, are things going to get better now, or worse?

So glad they finally got to see each other again! Seems like it was all an elaborate plot to get Hiccup killed and if Astrid also died then so be it. Hiccup seems more determined than ever now to find the person responsible which I hope means it won't take long. I also want to believe that everyone just assumed Astrid lost the baby and she didn't, but I know how much of a long shot that is! I really needed that Hiccstrid fluff at the end. Great chapter!
