Just one small thing. Ron should have his NEWT in Potions. He was able to take NEWT Potions because Slughorn lowered the minimum grade needed from an O to an E.

When I first read this story I was obsessed. There aren't a lot of time travel that focuses on a capable Ron. But now, this just frustrates me. You made Ron with the same level of stupidity as canon. What does he owe so much loyalty and good will towards this world's Harry? He's been soft and forgiving to a side that clearly wants him dead.

It's not like he is actively trying to save a world. But still you made him a war survivor and seasoned auror into a pussy. 41 chapters and he still isn't over trying to win their trust. The easiest way would be make a magical oath or something. But you needed the shakey plot point for lord knows how long to milk it.

This was great! I love when Ron's given a chance, and not just bashed.

It should be a war crime to such wonderful and well written story be unfinished. This is one of the best HP fanfics on the internet and the funniest part is that Ron is the protagonist no less.

Inform Dumbledore about the time travel thing is a smart move as last resort, no matter how OP Violet could be Dumbly would be a pain in the arse for her.

I like the Ron of this fic, he is just a normal guy without any special talent or big brain but he is handing the situation very well with his wit. Violet and Hermione have the big advantage of being original of this AU while he isn't.

My guess is that the original Ron of this AU was really a jerk that could explain Hermione's hostility

You left it in a state where I as a reader could walk away satisfied, which I'm grateful for. This story was an absolute delight to read.
