A very small point perhaps lost in the waves of world changing: British jobs almost never offer health insurance. They don't need to, we have the NHS, which covers everyone from cradle to grave and is paid for by taxes to the tune of about half the cost of insurance with no copay or limit.
A modern Britain without that would be a very strange alternate world indeed.
