tobirama should have all the techniques from before just the only difference now is chakra amount and control. Plus Tobirama was a stoic

OH MY GOD! I am in LOVE with this story. I didn't even know I needed it until I read it. There is so many ways that this story can go and I honestly cannot wait to see what you do with it. Tobirama is my favorite Hokage in Naruto. You are so right that Tobirama is glossed over a lot I mean he created the Academy, the Anbu, and the Chūnin Exams and other countries copy HIM because it worked so well. He created the most Justus but you already kind of mentioned that. He held his own against the Gold and Silver brothers who had the 9 tails chakra. He even defeated Madara himself but Harashirama stopped him from delivering the killing blow, he was not weak he was probably the strongest hokage ever. He had a noble death, he sacrificed himself so that his comrades could continue on without him sound familiar. Remember the bell test. It’s not stated but let’s look at the facts and history Kakashi got the test from his sensei Minato, Minato got the test from his sensei Jiraiya, Jiraiya got the test from his sensei Hiruzen, and who was Hiruzens sensei… Tobirama. Most likely Tobirama invented the bell test (he sure invented just about everything else all the characters use but won’t get credit for). Ps it kind of looks like you are going to make Kanoko the top kunoichi so she would end up on a team with Sasuke the top ninja and Naruto the dead last. I can kind of just see her during the bell test thinking “Bitch I made this test I’m not failing it.” I also love that she thinks Naruto is bragging about being an Uzumaki not knowing what happened to them yet. It could be a really sweet moment between her and Naruto if she tells him all about his clan and how they were famous for their fūinjutsu and stuff. Her reactions and thoughts are so funny and real because this is a new situation and life for Tobirama so she is acting like the child she is now but still in possession of his older mind. It’s this combination of seeing him like this that we get the Tobirama that we all know and love while you make it completely your own so we don’t get mad if Konoko does/doesn’t act a certain way because she’s not just Tobirama anymore. And for this you are simply BRILIANT omg I love your characterization and how she acts/feels/think to her situations and relationship to those around her. I can see you being able to use this much like the show where there are a lot of funny moments but layers of deeper thought and emotions to it when the time for it arises without it coming out of nowhere. Her upcoming rivalry and relationship (whatever type you make it) with Naruto has me hooked and looking for the next chapter. Her relationship with her new family especially her brother is so interesting to me with the comparison to Tobirama’s family and brother. I really anticipate when Kanoko will meet Hiruzen again oh man that has so much potential and I know you won’t disappoint with however you decide to take it because once again it must be said you are Brilliant because you didn’t back yourself into a corner with how Konoko can and will react to things. Keep up the great work and I look forward to reading more of this fantastic story.
