Secondly, a point that I covered last time was your JK-ish technique of subtley implanting the whole SevJason idea (and the similar scenarios) into our -the readers'- minds without saying anything of the sort. You said above in your A/N that you didn't intend for it to happen...but honestly, its a great skill. Use it to your advantage! Keep us all out of the loop!

Actually, I think you already are. Kinda. By placing the emphasis on the surprise of all the characters to 'a *muggle* knocked Harry Potter up?' you are giving off a subtle vibe that it's only a wizard that can get another wizard pregnant, so maybe Jason is a squib or an ordinary wizardand he hid it from buy wonder...

I know, I should learn to keep my thoughts to myself, but I can't. It's more fun to think 'out loud' (or 'in text' as the case actually is) and prove how predictable and probably wrong my thoughts are...

Anyway,

This chapter was gorgeous. I liked the Dean aspect at the end. I'm hoping that he can keep the secret under wraps. Although, if he doesn't, it could prove mighty interesting... *evil snickers*

What else did I cover last time? Umm...I still stand by my opinion about Harry not being Head Boy. It's brilliant to read something where he actually gets the treatment that any other student, girl or boy, in his position would get. Good on you for sticking to your guns. _

I've written two myself...both with harry being knocked up...i like the idea of Harry being a father...I really want to hear more of the bastard that did that to Harry and left him but i am interested to hear Snape's reaction...granted that his teachers will probably hear about it...fab work! :) to my favourites list you go!

i am very curious however, how come dumbledore and dean say *muggle*? as if they are shocked a muggle got harry pregnant, and snape on seemed to understand the importance of Harry falling would be bad for his baby, i mean it *is* Snape who would usually love for Harry to fall flat on his face.

Okay, first of all I wanted to tell you that this chapter was great. Not every single chapter in a book has to be action packed, but this one still had it's moments.

I have my sneaking suspicions about the father of the baby being Sevvy. So the idea of SevJason is firmly implanted in my head. I'm thinking you intended on that? *grin*

It's always great to have a chapter like this that provides a sound basis for the rest of the plot. A transitional chapter is usually one of the best ways to get all the tedious stuff out of the way, but nothing really seems tedious about this fic yet.

I'm sorry, I'm still stuck on the idea of Sev being the other daddy. lol. I'm probably wrong, but I adore Severus Snape more than any of the other characters (I am also a Rickmaniac by nature) and I'm warming to the idea of SS/HP.

Also, I found it BRILLIANT that you didn't have Dumbledore cave in and let Harry remain Head Boy. That's one of the most annoying aspects of some fics, to me. After all, Harry wants to be treated like anyone else, and I KNOW that Albus should respect that. Thus, when the Head Girl -or BOY in this case- gets pregnant, the correct measures should be taken. No matter who the Head is.
