![]() ![]() ![]() Eager to learn or eager to please? Hermione is willing to enter new terrain and open her mind to a changed worldview. It never makes sense that Harry wasn't trained, although Dumbledore knew that Voldemore wasn't dead. Strategy could be a keystone in the fight against Voldemort and with Severus' support Hermione could reach her goal. It would be quite interesting if he can teach her the required aspects, so that she is better protected against the odds. And it is quite clear that she appreciated his methods, he may praise her seldomly, but every single one is a honest one and helps to ground her effectively. |

![]() ![]() ![]() You're off to a good start. Make sure you don't soften Snape too much towards Hermione too soon. Keep him snarky and sarcastic even if you do plan to move him into a relationship with her. |

![]() ![]() ![]() I totally agree with him that "Dumbledore trusts you" is a child's answer - and a silly child at that. But I'm not sure whether I'm on board with your premise. She's still only fifteen in canon. (And I don't think she's this self-possessed even as an adult, so I'm boggling a little at her calm here.) |
