One of the first thing I do before reading a story (and I usually only read stories marked as complete) is if they are really finished or part of something bigger.
Like this one...why don't you finish a story without a cliffhanger? 99.9% of all those with: this is part x are never finished...and a waste of time and space.

It may be legal in the magical community but it is not in the non-magical the stupid Witches and Wizards are meant to follow the same law as everyone else. But they refuse to acknowledge that fact. They are only to add a minor addendum to take into account their magic. But they can not reject to follow said laws they are not exempt. But think they are.

One Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore needs to be forced to experience everything that Harry has at the Hands of the Dursleys he needs to be beaten consecutively for every day that the Dursleys beat him and he needs to be denied food for every day he was denied food consecutively and fired to do all of the same chores Harry did every day until he gets the idea of how badly he wronged Harry and how his arrogance and hubris harmed Harry by violating the Potters wills he was breaking the law wills, not just wishes they are orders to followed and anyone who helps someone violate those wills is breaking the law. There are exception clauses in all wills for wrongdoing should someone do something to gain from the wills prematurely such as conspiring to commit murder. Or take custody of a minor to gain access to their inheritance to embezzle and steal from that inheritance there have many fanfictions showing Albus doing just that and the Dursleys receiving a stipend from the Potter accounts for Harry's but using any of that many on Harry and using it in themselves and to many times the Dursleys are not even required to submit the receipt proving that they used that money on Harry. And in some stories, they show The Dursleys applying for money from the Government to Care for Harry and not using it in Harry but in themselves again and not submitting the proper receipts and paperwork. In many tax systems, they are required to submit the Paperwork to the tax collection agency to prove that they are using the money on the said child it was meant for. Which includes copies of the receipts. Not necessarily get taxed on those funds. I know my dad had to pay child support threw the DA's District Attorney's office which then was last on to the Department of Human Services officer sometimes called welfare then mom had to provide paperwork showing how she spent the money not only from the government but also my dad's child support payments plus at trying the same time they also want after my dad when he didn't make his payments eventually with the way my dad was for a time they had to garnish my dad's wages to get that money.

So I hope we find out what Albus and the Dursleys have been up to about the Potter estate and any government funds which revolve around Harry's care and this lack thereof and all of the abuse.

i would argue the original or only sole reason ron tolerated hermione desprite hermione being a mudblood was because she was intelligent they still fought it was harry who brought them closer now in theis fanfiction ron would have noticed harry is closer to susan And harry chose neville as his best mate in cannon this wasnt the case he wasnt as close to neville as he is in this what if also remember the weasleys are blood traitors and muggle born lovers if they hadnt been blood traitors they would have been like the malfoys so yeah

I was wondering if this Harry would also make his House team and low and behold, he did! I'm rather surprised that you didn't have Harry checked out by the Goblins for something like a Mail Redirect Ward. Something like that would easily explain why Harry never got anything from Gringotts and it would quite easily show that Good Ole Fumblemort was the one who placed it. So, Harry and Susan have a marriage contract from their parents. That makes a lot of sense really. It also helps explain why they get along so well. Though, I am left wondering if Good Ole Fumblemort also tried to make one for Harry with a family he considered Light as well as possibly had some influence over. But as Griphook didn't mention it I guess he didn't.

It really wouldn't surprise me if by morning Poppy " forgot " all about her examination of Harry. Along with all her scans showing the abuse Harry suffered at the Dursleys' house were missing. As in burned to ash and scattered to the wind. A report like that could likely coast Good Ole Fumblemort his supposed Guardianship of Harry and might even coast him one or two of his three jobs. I'm quite sure he wouldn't be all that upset to give up his Chief Warlock position in the Wizengamot or even his position as Supreme Mugwump of the ICW. However, I'd bet he'd fight tooth and nail to retain his position as Headmaster of Hogwarts! If he lost that he wouldn't be able to shape the minds and magic of the next generations of future magical Briton. That would seriously cut into his cult of Dumbledore and lose him even more influence in controlling the magical world of Briton. I'm left wondering if he had access to the Potter vaults and if so, how much as well as what has he taken from them?
