EFFECT POWERS: [PASSIVE] The symbol of Theseus's identity, it makes people confused as to whether or not the person they see is actually Theseus, if they already know him. To other it is the truth that he is, in fact Theseus. [ACTIVE] An ability that is more the symbol that Theseus has completed the six labours, killing six criminals guarding six portals to the underworld. When invoked, it grants a 50% bonus to evil enemies and grants a bonus against instant kill attacks such as gae bolg or La Mort Espoir.

Avalon prevented Shirou's full convertion and EMIYA is somehow now inside of him "a la Draig" but Shirou obviously still has his own UBW instead of EMIYA's seeing as every condition of the original and Shirou's behavior check out. The only thing I can't guess is what piece(s) was used of him.
Now for noble phantasms:
Ancile:The Eleven Forgeries
Owner: Mars/ the Salii
the shield of the Roman god Mars. One divine shield fell from heaven during the reign of Numa Pompilius, the second king of Rome. He ordered eleven copies made to confuse would-be thieves. One of the Pignora Imperii, it was said that as long that as long as Rome preserved the original shield they would be masters of the world. It is Rusty Red in color but is lined in gold. It is an oval roman shield arched inwards on both sides and it is worn on the elbow. Each shield has 12 4-pointed stars, six on the upper half, five on the lower half and one on the center. The original shield also has the symbol of Mars whitin the center star.

Under most circunstances, its power is very basic. The one who holds the original shield can manipulate the forgeries at will. As an Anti-Unit Barrier Noble Phantasm it is very cheap costing a very small amount of prana to mantain. The most problematic aspect of it is the mental exercise of controling the 11 forgeries at the same time. However, this shield does have a more powerful ability. When in the heart of the Roman Empire (modern day city of Rome) it is possible to dismiss the forgeries and increase the defensive power of the original to one comparable to the original rampart walls of Rome. This protection however does not extend pass the original shield in any way, shape or form.
In regards to Shirou, it is an extremely useful NP. Not only is it cheap to mantain, it is also very chaep to Trace. Since it is only a single NP Shirou can essentialy Trace 12 shields for the price of one. Does have its downsides though. Since the shield must be worn on the elbow to work, Shirou can only use two of this NP at once (only two elbows obviously). Also, while he finds the D Rank abilities of the shield very useful, it is not the case for the B Rank ability. Even if he meets the conditions to use it, he is unlikely to do so since not only would the protection only extend to the original shield, he must dismiss the forgeries to use it. Essensly, it is similar to sacrificing the protection of others to protect himself, a true anathema for Shirou.

Have you ever read about Don Rosa's Uncle Scrooge comic guest for Kalevala. in that story there is legendary sword of Väinämöinen. It is a finnish legend that sword can cut through a mountain and has stong spiritual powers of nature. Sword powers could be it can summon animal spirits like wolves, bears and eagles to fight by wielders side. And as for passive ability is cutting through magic like Gae Dearg and pearles edge of the blade.

I'm surprise how you play with how to turn Shirou into devil. I didn't expect it'll went wrong and make him different (weak as a devil), but it's more interesting this way.

Well... It's kinda surprising.. But it's seem Shirou isn't devil.. at first I think it was because Avalon(it's still possible), but after reading the dream scene I kinda thinking it was because Archer card... it's seem Archer absorbed it... I curious what Shirou is now, and will Sona get her canon servant if Shirou isn't devil? Would Ajuka replace her Evil pieces?
This becoming more and more interesting... I looking forward to the next update!
P.S will we see the story on Sona perspective instead of Rias? Would you create your own arc? Alright stupid question you already do.. Lol

A whole new take on being a servant lol... Kinda similar with EMIYA's case due to the Servant/counter guardian mix. Actually caught me off guard with Sona, but its not a bad surprise. A little sad that Shirou was slated to die in Guardian dxd, hoping that particular fate won't happen, or any bittersweet endings for that manner...

Nephilim (specifically like in Diablo 3) could work for Shirou, they were the hybrids of demons or fallen angels with humans. A lot your fans got salty (including me a bit) since Guardian is gone and the idea of Devil Shirou over a GAR normal Hero (which is Shirou's Character), but hey its your plan and so far you are handling this writing and development well.

Also can we avoid the Harem for Shirou, Comedy yes but no harem mob (its too old and used). Just bring in a reincarnated Arturia (mixed with Saber and MHX), the OTP is satisfied and it gives a new direction to the Excalibur Arc and the "Hero faction". Cue the awkward relationship chart that Shirou and Arturia are Issei the Harem King's in-laws via Le Fay and Arthur

And Maybe have Shirou forge his own unique sword (like how Fawkes Fate Revenant series) a Twilight sword (light/holy and dark/demonic powers). Or have him use Caliburn and Avalon as his signitures.
