Shirou resurrected as a devil? I pass, I preferred "Guardian of DxD"

I really liked your last fanfic, and I really like the Shirou from miyu verse, but honestly this is good enough. Cause I really feel bad for Shirou, him being an orphan twice has to be something painful. So seeing a Shirou badass, have a family, and determined to stay a live just to make sure he's family and friends won't be sad? For me that's awesome. So I really hope you can continue this man and I can't wait for more updates.

But what is he? A knight? Rook? Maybe a pawn but that's issei. I don't think he would do well as a bishop, sure he'd have a larger pool of mana and probably give him the ability to trace his swords faster and more efficiently y'know, sharper and better endurance.

But it would be a waste for him. Shirou specializes in strong and skillful takedowns and the use of swords then focusing on magic to strike down his foe from afar. His bow would be a better choice for Shirou and snipe enemies in the distance than him trying to learn new spells to destroy his enemies.

So yeah, I think a room or a knight would suit him better. Though a pawn, a jack of all trades, would also be good. Just use the excuse that issei was give like 4-6 mutated pieces while Shirou gets 2 normal pieces

So we're having a devil Archer. If this is still the age of Gods, then no Gaia? What about Excailber? King Ather's DxD Excaliber or Sabers's Excalibur? Avalon?

Not sure how I feel about the reboot/remake... it certainly comes from an angle I haven't read before so that's something, and you seem to have done a good job giving the differing characters some personality. Just that the premise seems a bit odd to be (using civilian Shirou), I'll give it a shot though, maybe it'll grow on me.

I will say that you might want to get a beta reader/ editor, quite a few small typos throughout. Below are two from the very beginning, the first is in the story description and the first part of the chapter.

So far its good, back to Shirou's origin as an average student but this time with a family. Class Card Archer is actually new to this dynamic (its not miyuverse for sure).

But will Saber Arturia still be the love interest (base her from the Master Artoria student from that Capsule Game Spin-off and give her the Saber Card, that will make some fun to the Excalibur arc)? Fate OTP no matter what

I liked the beginning of the the Guardian better than the beginning of this one, one reason I don't really like DxD is because becoming a devil through the evil piece system is literally "selling your soul to the devil" whether or not they are truely evil or not is irrelevant, you no longer own yourself. So I think he should remain at least in control over himself whatever he becomes.

Eh? Shirou as a Devil? I actually despised that line to the core! You hear me boy! DESPISED! But, meh... I would like to see Shirou from Kaleid to curb-stomping everyone in Highschool DxD!
