I found Inuyasha ruining the mood funny, also the scene where the grandfather burst into her room too.

I also like that you aren't including Kikyou just as the homocide bitch, but go into the problems Inuyasha has with her. Too many fics just portrait her as an evil, shallow person, so Inuyasha can run off with Kagome.

I found Inuyasha speaking a bit too formal when he talked about Treachery, but beside that I liked the dialogue, also that he kept evading her.

What I definitely like is the weirdness that seems to be going on in Kagome's family. Genius idea having her father travel back too. Does the well transport everybody to a different time? Inuyasha seemed to know Hikaru from a long time ago.

What I found a bit bad is that you didn't explain who the weirdo was who forced Inuyasha down the well in the end. But he was funny written, he reminded me of Parn from Lodoss War. Just charging, not thinking :), a bit like a zealot.

One thing I wanted to ask, do you also have the feeling that our fics are frightingly similar in some aspects? Inuyasha's secret past, Inuyasha not talking about his past, Kikyou is similarily handled in our fics, ...

Finally, I'd say this is one huge cliffhanger. You have all plots hanging in the air, IY's mother, Inuyasha himself (literally). Evil! :)

Wow, you made a cruel god feel sad, and you did it wonderfully. The last page of this story makes me want to go grab a tissue or eat a tub of ice cream. Your writing style is very good and your story is getting better each chapter. Keep writing more, your story is great.

Initially, I thought to keep Kagome and Souta away from that place, but as you can see, I failed. The only thing I can do now is keep Souta away from it.”

There's one small problem with this part of the explanation. In the episode with the Noh mask, Souta is in the bottom of the well, trying to get Inuyasha. The Well seems to be transport people through when they're in contact with part of the jewel. Other than that, this is an excellent fic. Oh, and daniel-gudman, Tenseiga only works if the soul hasn't been taken yet. Since Fuujin took it(Inuyashas' soul) with him , Tenseiga is useless.

...Be wary of making Inu-Yasha TOO smart, TOO refined. You're falling prey to Mary Sue Syndrome. Assuming that's the correct spelling of "syndrome."

And how on Earth does IY know Eri?

It's enough that Inu-Yasha is very strong, and unyielding, indomitable opponent, and very, very tough. He percieves an important secret: when fighting to the death, you cannot be stubborn "to a fault." Even if he couldn't explain this knowledge.

The "secret Youkai society" is a little over-done. And what happens when Sesshoumaru finds out his brother has been killed? He'd revive IY purely to spite the gods.

Also, you are implying that Inu-Yasha loses his sanity in his full-youkai form. This is not true; Inu-Yasha becomes uncompassionate and ruthless, with perhaps strong blood-lust.

With each transformation in the manga, he becomes both stronger and more in control; he voluntarily ends his full state fighting Ryukussei to slay the dragon with Tetsusaiga. I think that's the last time he's transformed, and he was almost normal.

Overall, an impreesive story. Keep up the good work! ;)

Three sisters (the Norns) are charged with the task of guarding Urdur's Holy well. Urdur, the sister of Past, Verdandi, the sister of Present, and Skuld, the sister of Future. These three girls know all that has been and all that will be, and I think I recall reading that their blood will defile the well when it is spilt in Ragnarok.

I have also seen "Urdur" spelt "Urda" and "Verdandi," "Belldandy."

The well lies at one of the three roots of the World-Tree, Yggdrasil. At another root lies Mimir's well, and to drink of it is to partake of wisdom. Odin traded an eye to Mimir in trade for a single draught.

At the third root lies a den of venemous serpents, who will eventually succeed in gnawing through the root, poisoning the tree so that it will die during Ragnarok.

And after THAT long and bloody battle, Surtur, the lord of Jotenheim, would consume all the world with fire.

I like Nordic mythology, but it's really, really depressing.

I'm not so sure about the Japanese stuff.

Don't forget that Inu-Yasha's father was a monstrous and terribly powerful demon. From his fang was forged a sword that could dismember an ancient dragon in a single blow; from another fang, a sword that can ressurect a whole army.

I don't think the gods possessed that calibur of power. Don't forget, Inu-Yasha is hanyou; he could feasibly use Godly and Demon power simultaniously. By what you're saying, it's his human Ki that would be replaced, not his Youki. If anything, he would become LESS human; perhaps a semi-draconic dog.

That said, bear in mind I think demons are way cooler than gods. And humans, obviously.

Anyway, I'd like to add that Fuujin and Raijin are a life-saver. This story is a little more morose than the Inu-Yasha series, and the two add that tongue-in-cheek humor.

Hehe, you had so many cute scenes in this chapter that I was grinning the entire time. How great is Inuyasha to be playing hide and go seek with Souta. No wonder why Souta likes him so much. And the thoughts Kagome was thinking had me on the floor. I also can't believe that Inuyasha is 4 hundred years old! Poor thing was sealed not once, but twice. I like how you had Kagome's entire family being able to travel through the well. Finally, someone who tries to explain what had happened to her father!

Finally! You updated! Sorry I couldn't review before, my dad's comp was a bit...er...messed up. I finally got the internet service on my computer fixed so I can review!

Hmm, your story doesn't have anything wrong with it as far as I know. A well thought-out plot, and I think this chapter is written very well. Even though it's frustrating for the readers to have to deal with all these unsolved problems you keep popping at us, it does your brain cells some good; trust me, I should know.

This fanfiction has been created by a very talented person; obviously. It even shows a bit of research which tightens and adds to the whole storyline even more.

OK, can't think of anything else right now. I'm supposed to be doing my Chinese HW anyway. ::sigh::

Is his Mother able to get back to Heaven? If she's not then she can't help him! That Usagi lady's story sure sounded a lot like Sango's. how can Kagome kill Inu Yasha if he's already dead? or will his Youki just take over his body? Is that what the dream was about? Whew. Took a while to get all caught up here.

Very nice story. I'm excited to see where it'll go from here-for obvious reasons, I should think. The mix of mythologies is well done, with only a few wrinkles. There were only a few things that threw me while I was reading; for instance, Inuyasha dodges the phantom fire spell, but as far as I can tell, his fire-rat clothing should have protected him from that. There were probably other things as well, but I was too busy enjoying the story to notice them _~

I hope to see more of this. Later.

I just had this story suggested to me, and I must say that I am really very impressed with you're first chapter. If the fic continues like this, I'm amazed you don't have more reviews.

Alright, must press onward now, but had to tell you, wonderful start. The first paragraph was a little awkward, but after that I picked up the rhythem and got into it.

OK I love this story and you must be a grate wrighter becuse usely I can figer out what is going on by the 3ed chapter but no not yours. I get that its a domes day, Thing but other then that I'm lost and it piss me off becuse I can't figuer out the ending so... I got this really cool sean going on in my haed.

It starts off with inu-chan really mad becuse kag-same is daed(she was killed by some god) and this strong light is srownding his body( he looks like his demon form) every one is their srounding him(oh did i mienchin hes all raedy killed one god and is holleding that wind god by the throgt demanding that they bring back kag-same) from his mom and dad to his bro and rin to nar-baka and all the gods. when suddenly a voce says

" Ha, bakas I toled you in the beging that if all 3 kingdome got mix together that the resalt would be something that would be as power full as I or the grate Goddess but did you lison no, you forbid any of the gods to fall in love, and since I gave you free will I did not stop you."

a light similer to inu-chan formed in front of him.
