This story is freaking incredible. I love your characterization about Arthur. It's fascinating how perceptive kids can be, isn't it?

Hello again. Its the anon guest who you referred to at the end of chapter 9! I can not say enough how much i love this story, you did an excellent job fleshing out the important turnabout moments during the trial and the final decision about adopting arthur. I am absolutely touched my message had so much sway on your writing and you really rolled with it! The little chunks that you added during the trial were just enough to make the pregnancy allegation make sense and now it fits in much better with the rest of the trial. the final moments with arthur dont feel as rushed anymore even though very little was changed, now it feels much more real and it feels like the decision has some serious weight behind it. i loved that you gave us a few flashbacks as well in the final chapter to help drive home the fact that edgeworth flustered to say the least at becoming a father but in spite of that he had raised a fine young man. i teared up when edgeworth felt he'd made his own father proud by being a good father himself so damn good job with that. Once again you did a wonderful job with this story and i will be recommending it to anyone who enjoys ace attorney!

Dad Edgeworth is best Edgeworth, and this fic was a pleasure to read! Arthur felt like a realistic Ace Attorney character, as did the rest. Would definitely recommend to others for a fun and feels-filled read!

THAT ENDING. YES. Oh, that was so satisfying. My heart can now rest. Also, that last part about Edgeworth wondering what his father thinks of him now... well, it was heart-wrenching and beautiful because of it! Thank you for finishing this great fanfic!

This was a wonderful epilogue to close out this story. It's great to see that Arthur grew up to follow the path of justice by becoming a detective. And it's so bittersweet that he carries his sister's memory with him. So did Mrs. Coleman have an abortion or did she kill herself? Well, either way, I had one thought in my mind: she is just a straight up b****. Abortion is wrong on so many levels and is only justifiable if the mother's life is in danger. But even so, I'm not sure if she deserved to live more than her daughter did. And if she committed suicide, that's just selfish and hateful of her. I'll stop myself now before I go on a rant. Anyway, you made me tear up at the end again. It's so sweet thinking about how Edgeworth and Arthur lived together as a family. The family life can be stressful sometimes, but it's all worth it at the end of the day. Also, life is even better when spent with friends who are close like family, like Phoenix, Maya, Franziska, and Gumshoe. To know that Arthur got his well-deserved happy ending is to feel satisfied with this story. Once again, you did a splendid job (your revision of the previous chapter was also great), and I enjoyed it all the way through. No objections from me.

I absolutely loved this fic, but this last chapter was dissapointing. These 2 instances should have each had their own chapter. The whole thing felt rushed and nothing hinted at or lead up to the whole pregnancy thing. We also didn't get enough reasoning from Edgeworths to take that !HUGE! step of adopting Arthur. Overall the story is good but this chapter needs to be reworked so it has a more intense climax and a more satisfying ending.

Awwww, how sweet! I was hoping that Edgeworth would adopt little Arthur but now I want to know what happens to mean Alyssa's unborn baby! Does Edgeworth adopt them as well? Will they be saved? I want to know! I do love this adorable little fic, though, and its cute beyond comprehension.

Aww... this story made me tear up at the end! You did such a wonderful job with writing this, I enjoyed the whole thing! I was getting such a warm and fuzzy feeling inside as I read the last few lines, and I especially liked how you ended it with the phrase "Case closed." It fit so well with it being an Ace Attorney story. And Alyssa finally got justice served to her! (It feels so weird saying that because coincidentally, my name is Alyssa. Don't feel bad! It's my mom's fault for naming me that. LOL) So, just out of curiosity, when Edgeworth pondered the thought of getting a heart attack at the age of 26, was that an indirect reference to one of your previous stories? Because I noticed that. O_o

Anyway, you are so amazing for writing this story, and I look forward to the epilogue!
