Even if I weren't already sort of unfeeling, as she is, I would be able to see the world from her eyes, and that's such a hard thing to do as an author! Well done. In canon, when the notebook is destroyed the owners memories of the notebook is erased, but I don't think anyone else is. I'll have to read the rules again, and there are lot of them. However, this is fan fiction so it's up to you. If this is the ending you chose it's definitely a unique one, I'll give you that. The unclear ending is better in my opinion, because L doesn't seem like boyfriend material (unless the author makes him ooc)

Id like to see them bond a little more, maybe bevelope a real relationship? Between L and Nao I mean. Before the story ends on them in a relationship(hopefully) I would also appreciate seeing how or if/ why Nao had hints saying she burned the notebook. Just what exactly happened. It made my day to see this chapter, thank you :)
