Please don't kill L! I really feel that with Nao here he's got a shot, this time... except if it's Nao wanting (and actually trying) to do it.. then he doesn't stand a chance, hahah
But really, L's a jerk yeah, but so is Light and nobody ever said Nao's an angel and we already knew all this, so even if whatever ending you go for ain't gonna be all roses and rainbows, I really like L and Nao and want to see them in the future, I mean, actually having a future beyond the Kira case..
Another incredible chapter, and I loved how you included Nao in it, being their connection to that group through her father and all, although Wao just when I thought Higuchi couldn't be any more of a creep, jeez.
And That Cliffhanger! Jeez you author, you.

Gosh I love this chapter! From Nao cheering on Light to her breaking L's mind with her take on the Second Kira Problem, to the capoeira training with L and her and Light's 'alliance' to kick L's ass haha, it's hilarious!

Ahhh I don't know whether he should live or die. My mind say yes but my body's tellin' me no man. I mean... L is a dick, so yeah, but he's cool as well. That doesn't make up for the fact that he's a dick though. Either will be great probably, since you are such a great writer.

I love the turnout with Misa losing her eyesight as well! I've been wondering the same thing myself - about how if you lose your sight or your eyes comepletely, how would you be able to see the numbers?

I'm not sure if I want L to live or not, i'd like him to live but I couldn't imagine him living bit I definitely don't want Watari to die. Will she freak out seeing Ryuk? I'm so curious what she would think of the death note. Does Higuchi Kyosuke fancy her out suspicious of her I wonder. Misa might end up blind then? What will happen if they find poison in her blood?

OH my god, oh my god, the last two chapters were fantastic. I love the build-up you have. I love how L is immature and trying to "break" Nao so she won't leave, not realizing she has a will of her own and she'll push back damn it. I love the moment where she cheers for Light to win the fist fight (I feel so bad for him because he's really not terrible when he's not Kira.)

This chapter had great moments too! Nao being careful and paranoid, and yet she still catches a mass murderer's attention. That moment with Misa could be considered sweet too if Nao wasn't (probably?) trying to poison Misa's eyes. In a way, this is kinder to Misa. And wow, now Nao has touched the Death Note!

I... honestly don't know if L should live or die. You should do what feels best for the story and then write an alternate what-if chapter for the other outcome. I have faith you can pull off either ending :) Thanks so much for the lovely updates!

I love Noa's personality. I love her passiveness and the way she is so very human and not a Mary Sue.
I love the story itself as well by the way. I just enjoy Noa's personality so much. She's so chill in comparison but not too chill cause pillowforts and mental breakdowns and such, but yeah.

Seriously, I don't know whether to laugh or feel sorry for Nao with this ending, but you managed to make me ship them and hope to see more of their (un)romantic moments. I agree though that expecting a fluffy, happy ending is out of the question, not only because it's not a part of their personality but also because they're in a middle of a case in which failure would mean death for both of them, and where Nao is essentially a forced pawn because L always manages to have his way (you have L's charcter spot on by the way). I honestly can't wait to read more.
