abandoned ?

Hope the story hasnt been abandoned, seems to happen a lot when the Xmas break occurs

This is kind of painful to read. The story is good, but you go along and run into clinkers like '2 marines,' or 'allot.' It really breaks the mood. To 'allot' is what they do with your pay when you have a wife at home. 'A lot' is what you don't make.

OK is not a word. Okay is a word. 2 is not a word either. You should probably stick to words when writing.
