What if it was Dumbledore himself who cursed the DADA position, and it was discovered by Bill Weasley when he was there for the tri-wiz. Harry could mention that he had to do so much self study for the tournament and how only 2 out fo the 4 teachers he’s had had been any good, and due to the curse no one gets to stay longer than a year. ‘Too bad you can’t do something about it Bill, since you’re a curse breaker. Oh well, looks like I have to go get prepared to finish this blasted thing.’ |
