Just here to say that out of the 800k HP fics on this site, you're has easily become my favorite. it's the perfect blend of plot and irreverence.

I don't think that's controversial at all. It's a fairly common sentiment.

However, I have had it pointed out to me that at the time that song was written, the idea of women exercising any sexual agency at all was almost completely beyond the pale to a lot of people. So, while the song is rapey to a modern audience, to the people at the time it was probably intended to be a sly nod at the idea that, no, she really did want to stick around and bang her boyfriend, but she wasn't allowed to admit it.

Hanson is in fact awesome, and you should probably look them up. The music they were putting out when they were literal children was largely mandated by their contract. Ignore what they were when you were a kid and look at what they do now.

The video for "Thinking Bout Somethin" is fantastic and has Weird Al in it.

The internet has not made us worse at communication. It has given the people who are garbage at communication the capacity to have their voices heard.

Prior to the internet, the stupid and unbalanced would have simply been ignored, and not had the connections required to get their lunacy out.

Apparently I'm late to this story, but I love it. Out of the 5 stories I'm trying to muddle through over the last couple of weeks, this is the only one that I'm missing out on sleep to read.

And then the author note here... I wasn't expecting anything in particular, but I definitely wasn't expecting to see Killroy or Wagner in the author notes... I don't really have a point, just had to point it out. Rah.

In my case, instead of avoiding the interaction with my fello man, I hate my fello man, mostly because of various unrelated reasons. I do love some creative people.

My cousin also seems to be leaning towards writing, and I love dissecting stories with him, and whenever he's around, you won't find me with headphones.

I need the contact for the banana mag. Also, the Corps did not fuck you up. It enhanced what was already there.

Incredibly well-written. Hilarious as hell too of course. But I absolutely loved how it flowed.

Finished reading this masterpiece and I really enjoy the crack fic nature of it. Of course any funny fic that has Luna going "awe" when not allowed to do something all but automatically gets a thumbs up from me.
That said this is fairly well written and got a number of chuckles and some loud laughter as well. I especially like how Hermione basically became the boogey man of the golden trio and how McGonagall basically came unhinged.
