| ozma914 chapter 21 . 2/5
The last chapter of The No-Campfire Girls is titled "Best Session Ever" ... but I think you've got me beat!
| JayeMaru chapter 21 . 2/3
This is hilariously unique. The action is non stop, mixing mundane details with creepy-ish happenings and a wry Spike voice. It's loaded with evocative, precisely observed and absurd observations that build the story's world quickly. Well worth reading.

Bear! You made two bears!
| Sunkissu9 chapter 18 . 1/21
Lol. This is awesome!
| JayeMaru chapter 17 . 1/21
I really like Spike's internal monologue and the general weirdness of the whole camp scene. The combination gives it a slapstick feel.
| ozma914 chapter 16 . 1/20
Wait, registered as human?
| ozma914 chapter 15 . 1/18
Poor Spike, leaping out of the canoe and into the fire, and trying not to do it literally.
| kyrielslight chapter 15 . 1/16
This is very amusing. Please keep writing.
| ozma914 chapter 7 . 1/14
I love it-Spike's found himself plunged right into the middle of a 90s horror movie.
| ozma914 chapter 5 . 1/14
A fire watch, huh? Considering the way things go for Spike, he could end up burning down the whole camp.
| ozma914 chapter 4 . 1/14
I'd sure like to see that meeting between Spike and Hank Summers ...
| ozma914 chapter 2 . 1/14
"What's the worse thing that could happen?"
Oh, Spike. You fool.
| JayeMaru chapter 10 . 1/10
I can really imagine this from the details and from Spike's off-kilter viewpoint, which makes the commonplace oddness of camp into a great canvas.
